I've got some grey hair, hence the name. Sadly, I'm only 28 and I believe I'll be completely grey by the time I'm thirty.
I thrive on violence. I learned anger at far too young of an age and can't get past it. Training MMA has helped me channel that anger into something that can put a smile on my face and keeps me out of trouble. It's also given me an opportunity to teach others what I know, which is one of the greater feelings I've ever had.
I live in northern Vermont with my daughter, in a beautiful town in the mountains. I dream big and feel that I'm built for more than ordinary things. Someday I will attain everything I've ever dreamed of because I'm not afraid of hard work. I'm not afraid to bleed. I'm not afraid to sweat. I do not have panic in me. I will always push forward.
