Run with it.</p> <p>Over his first six outings with Norfolk, Mickolio surrendered nine earned runs in 8 1/3 innings, giving him a 9.72 ERA. But he hasn't allowed an earned run in 18 of his last 21 appearances, posting a 1.08 ERA with 28 strikeouts and 15 hits allowed over that span.</p> <p>Mickolio was 0-1 with a 5.87 ERA in nine games with the Orioles last season.
