Well said ... shame you needed to even say it though.

Watkins is far more valuable to us than Mack. Hope Jacksonville grabs Mack so it doesn't become an issue.

If DA stays clear, Tarver will lead a top 8 Defense and assume the HC mounted position.

Consider the hand MD was dealt: the debt, the stadium, the well recommended GM (that Wolf and Madden endorsed) and this GM's choice for a HC.

What happens if this draft class is as un-impactful as the last? The mockers mock and MD intervenes ... unless the previous draft-class blossoms suddenly

Our current D more than offsets the tougher schedule (so at least 5 wins); if we also improve the O (substantially) we could win up to 6 games.

Rec'd. "Immediate need to win" only applies to DA and most of his staff (Sparano and Tarver excepted). The battle scarred longsuffering Nation only demands substantial and ascertainable improvement

Even his statement that madness is the rule in groups, parties, nations, and ages is warped. He died a madman; though brilliant and exceedingly amusing, he missed the mark.
