Suggestions for Keeper League .. Sorry I know
I am trying to get a new keeper league of the ground. I have been in several keeper leagues, however none have been able to last. With that being said I have never started my own keeper league, and was wondering if any of you more experienced fantasy baseballers had any suggestions on rules, format, forum site, etc.
Also currently I have about 8-10 buddies from college and law school who have committed, so once this thing gets off the ground I may be looking to fill the last couple of teams.
If your interested or have any suggestions you can post on here or e-mail me at K.A.Katchuk28@gmail.com. Anything is appreciated, thanks.

This is obviously a big series and were going to be welcoming our friends from New England one more time. If anyone has tickets put them for sale on here, not on stub hub so Rays fans can buy them. Also id be willing to buy any tickets for Fridays game. Thanks and i love having this problem.
Ray + Bar = a fun saturday
Anyone have a favorite bar that they like to enjoy their favorite adult beverage at while taking in an away Rays game? I usually go to fergs but was wondering if anyone else had a favorite. Also people should go out to a bar saturday and watch the Rays first Fox game.
Rays Radio Network Affiliates
I have to drive to Destin from St. Pete during todays game and I was curious as to if any of yall would know the radio stations throughout the state that carry the Rays broadcast. Any help is appreciated. Thanks and Go Rays.
Interesting Piece About GM Andrew Friedman's Trade History
Also report and just saw on ESPN that the Cubs acquired Rich Harden.
A petpeeve of mine...
I noticed this trend back in the fall with the Patriots and it has continued into baseball season with the Red Sox. But its seems as if the Red Sox our on ESPN every freaking night. This really irks me, not only as a Rays fans but also as a baseball fan because I would like to see other teams around the league. No wonder there are so many bandwagon fans in Pink Hat nation, there the only team in America on national T.V. every night.
Looking for a good time ....
Want a good time? Go check out the game thread on sonsofsamhorn.net. Its bound to give all Rays fans unlimited laughs as those scalawags. Lets Go RAYSSSS

Good Tickets for Sox Game
If anyone is interested i have two tickets located two rows behind the visitors dugout (You can give ol Coco a nice warm welcome) for the June 30th Sox game. I'm looking for $80 for the pair ($40 a piece, $70 face value) or best offer, just so i can buy tickets for the other to Sox games. Only stipulation is you and guest must root heavily for the Rays. If anyone is interested e-mail me at Katchuka@eckerd.edu. Thanks and Go Rays
Is Brignac a forgotten man in Tampa Bay?
Reid Brignac is seemingly blocked in Triple A by Jason Bartlett who has been a major contributor to the Rays turnaround this the season with his super defense, even though his offense has been questionable to date. All reports on Brignac are that he is above average with the glove and good with the bat, even though he could use work on his OBP and K ratios.
And behind Brignac is the first overall pick in Tim Beckham, assuming that the scouting reports read true (and i know thats a huge assumption) is a very strong defensive SS and hopefully future SS of the Rays.
With that being said this promising prospect seems to be forgotten by the Rays front office, with him having a decent year at Triple A at the ripe age of 22 is he still considered a top prospect? What are some of the Rays options for dealing with Brignac, Bartlett, and the long term future of Beckham?
Saw Davis and Mcgee throw today
I am a freshman pitcher on the Eckerd College baseball team and today we had Wade Davis and Jake Mcgee come out and throw live to our hitters to get there work in before spring training. From what i have read the scouting reports are pretty accurate on these two. From center field Davis had great late life on his fastball and his curve ball had nice tilt and he seemed to had very good control of it. Mcgee on the other hand had showed off that highly touted fastball but struggled with what seemed to be a slider. The knock on Mcgee has been his lack of a secondary pitch but his change had good sink and subtraction of speed.
Along with being great prospects these guys were great guys too. They stayed around long after they threw and talked with us and were normal college aged kids. Nice to see that these so called "super prospects" were great guys and just like the majority of my team.
These experience just increased my excitement for spring training and the 2008 season.
