Bye Bye Ben
Tune into ESPN Radio Pittsburgh 1250. Ed Bouchette is reporting that there was an another Ben incident in Las Vegas 6 months ago. IDENTICAL to the Georgia incident. I don't know what else to say but he's got to go if this THIRD case was even slightly investigated. I'm done with him.
Channeling Mike Singletary, he's shown his ass and I'm ready to drop him.

Draft Day Trade Proposal
In reviewing the current roster, needs and several mock drafts I believe the FO needs to trade up. With needs in our DL, OL, CB's and maybe even LB's, moving will ensure we get what's really needed. I look back at the Timmons (BPA) selection as a bit of a reach...obviously we didn't know we'd get Woodley in round 2 but a move up or back would have been nice. Sure we needed more LB help but the pick could have been used on either line.
In reviewing this year's draft, I'm eyeing the Seahawks #14 pick as the ideal place to jump up to. Using the current draft position value chart, we'll have to give up our third round pick and switch spots in the fourth. I'm not quite sure who I would select at that spot but I'm pretty sure the best options won't make it past NYG, TEN, SF at 15-17.
Sure we lose a valuable third rounder, but the current roster has plenty of mid round selections, let's move up and grab a stud that will ensure we draft later for many years to come.
Nutshell
SEA trades pick #14 - 1100 points
PIT trades pick #18 - 900, pick #82 valued at 180 points AND switch picks in round 4 #114 (PIT) valued at 66 for #125 (SEA) valued at 47
