I know, big surprise huh?  I came across this old article that talks about his rigorous workout program.  To me, it is so glaringly obvious why this guy is getting hurt and not fulflling his potential, and it makes me truly insane to see some of these comments by his manager and conditioning coach.   Interesting they were calling his muscles strain in 2006 a "freak" injury.  Hardly.

Just another case of a professional sport going after its fans.  Aren't these people taking themselves a little too seriously?  I personally think the Super Bowl is a snoozefest, but I will be watching it on 106" hidef thankyouverymuch.

Anyone else watching this game?  Loaiza's fastball is topping out at 83 mph here in the 4th. Looks like something's wrong with him. Wonder if we'll be seeing Juando up before long, or if they'll go with Sarloos if Esteban is shelved.
