Now that the craziness has died down a bit, it's time to look forward to the upcoming season.

What are the different options for watching Clipper games on TV? I live in LA. I don't have cable or satellite (and I'm not sure I want to pay that much just for clipper games). Last year I tried online streams but those aren't very reliable. There's also NBA League Pass Broadband but I seem to remember that there are still games that can be blacked out. Perhaps that can be defeated by connecting through a proxy server outside of LA?
