Russell should be a prime example why the nfl should create a rule that put limits on how much these rookies make now a days. It really doesn't make any sense why some kid that hasn't played the "Real" game get paid higher then hard working guys that been there for yearsss. A desire to playing in the nfl, and winning the big game should be the only concern you should have period. For a little guy like myself in RL, I can't tell you all how sick I'm of seeing guys that have the right size and skills but are wayyy too lazy to give it there all. Some ppl would kill to possess what these rookies have however they seem to show little appreciation for the game nor the fans that paid hard earned money to watch em. That's just my two cents, any thoughts? Raiders4life btw! :)

I love this team to death but man after watching this team for so many years I just knew mcnabb wouldn't come to the raiders under the conditions we're going through right now. If I was a player all honesty I don't blame him, besides the raiders don't need another QB. Like it would make any difference with how the way our coaching staff is right now. Reading the body language of our team, they're not there to play the game to really win. People are just worried about how much money their getting look at what happened to Javon Walker for example. As for right now I'm not really impressed on how the way this off season is going all we done is resign players that brought us to these 5-11 season's to start off with. An Offense of tackle ((I'd rather build up the Defense tho)) would be Okay however we don't need another track runner on this team that doesn't know the game of football. I fear of the raiders drafting Bruce Campbell cause, he might just end up like the butterfingers kid we drafted from maryland again. Al knew football back in the days but lately it seems like speed has became his biggest weakness. Does Fabian washington ring a bell... Defense wins championships if you ask me we really need to go after some DT's and Linebackers to stop the run then get a OT in the 3 or 4 round. ~Silver and Black colors until I DIE!~ Suleku

7 years of Frustration has come across me sooo much that I feel like burning a Raider Jesery for the first time. I know you guys might be freaked out and call me a Bandwagon fan ,but hey I'm sick of this team being the joke of the league. All I hear now a days is fans talking about the past, and saying something stupid like this "Ooooh Russell, and Heyward-Bey will be great players one day" ROFL!!! then I keep hearing the "Just win Baby" Motto on top of that. Man get out of here with that BS!!! Lets face it we drafted some of the worst players, Can't get past the 5-11 record, Never make moves to build a superbowl team ((Example of this is getting rid of Tom Cable, and Russell)), and we Keep getting laughed at by the chargers every time we play them.... No True Raider Fan in their right minds would depress themselves by going to one of these trashy games next year. It's going be the SAME THING 5-11 record ending of the season or Worst...

Charger fans always try to put us down now a days. These fools say we're a joke of a team but I just laugh cause they probably the same dudes that were cheering us on at the AFC title game against the titans years back lol. Well here's my take on why I think the chargers are the worst team in NFL history:

- The chargers are mostly made up of former raider fans that jumped ship on us sadly =/, plus this team doesn't have a fan base at all. Just look at how many ppl showed up during the ryan leaf days lol

- This is the only team that's yet to win a Championship in the AFC West Division, The chargers haven't won a superbowl in 50 years o.O even when they did go the poor fools didn't stand a chance against steve young and jerry rice ROFL! How do you lose against the 40 whiners in the biggest game btw.....

- LT makes disappearing act in the playoffs and charger fans always tell me he's going be a superbowl MVP for their team when they get to the big one -.-

- Even the lions will win a big game before the super chokers don't be shocked if the lions destroy the very team I'm talking about right now xD. All I can see on the scoreboards now.... the lions 55 , Chargers 0

As a Raiders fan I've kinda getting pushed to limits due to the raiders dissing one of my favorite players that right you guessed his name Rich Gannon baby. He pretty much kept it real with the carebear raider nation as I call it now a days cause all fans ever do is cry about the refs cheatin' and god forbid a former player bad mouths this crappy team. My bro rich isn't the one needing help "This team and some of it's fan are in need of serious help!" I mean anytime I hear: "Well the raiders lost SB37 all thanks to Rich gannon performance" I just die laughing at these fools. Sure the raiders didn't win but Rich wasn't the same azzhole that traded away a coach only to replace him with a puppet that didn't switch out playbooks sooo Jon gruden and his bucs wouldn't read em during the biggest game.... Also you Al davis fans seem to forgot about a player named Barret Robbins, He was too busy at a bar rather then protecting our QB and Running game sadly. After the Al Davis era this team will take more then a decade to recover from god awful draft picks and management.... The legacy of Al you speak of btw hahahahaha!!!! all that is nothing but a joke that needz to burn in the past with the rest of the garage.. Al Davis might've done great things for this team back in the days, but that was about 20 years ago. I've read up on his history ,Heck I must say the raiders just wouldn't be the raiders without the old man of course. He did great things back in his days winning 3 superbowls with the real raiders color but unfortunately over time the Mystique has grown weak. What use to been the NFL winningness has became a commitment of a joke over the years since you guessed it the jon gruden era. Don't get me wrong I'll love this team until the day I die however after watching the browns game sunday. I've seen that Raider Nation is more like a shadow of it's former self. Now a days we either go on the road or stay at home only to get destroyed by teams that use to fear us =(. Like our raider father that saved this team he's also single handledly ruined us over the years. By making horrible decisions like drafting the nfl biggest bust not to forget firing our coaches almost every single year. Sadly tho he's the one that's been calling our plays ,but seems to never be taking any blame for it probably one of the reasons why Kiffin got fired cause he didn't wanna be a "Yes man Coach" like Tom Cable..... I'm not hoping our owner dies btw (A Real Fan wouldn't wish his death) ,but please Al me and all of raider nation hope that you step down after the ravens game soo we can really rebuild our once proud Franchise for a change...

Even after the lack luster Performance of Russell last night. I think the raiders got bigger problems they have to deal with starting with the Defense as they were looking like the Detroit lions yesterday. TOOOO MANY!!!! Big plays were given up not giving our offense much of a chance to come back and win the game pretty much. However tho I can turn the tables to say , When Russell came in his crew wasn't on the same page and let him fail. Heck the Raiders couldn't even get down the field without him tossing up a pick or giving the ball up to the redskins ROFL! As for Tom cable he's nothing more then a puppet for old Al Davis sadly this time if he gets rid of this coach I think no one is going take the job. It's time for the old man to either find a gm or gtfo of Oakland no one wants to here what that old fool has done in the past. It's burned ,and done with this is the year 2010 FOOL! The Raiders haven't been to the playoffs since 2002 you guys think Al Davis going let time pass him by or what I'm really getting sick of watching this team get trashed for 7 years straight now =(

You guys can say what ya want but I still can't believe we lost superbowl XXXVII ,and what makes matters worst is having to watch the raiders being trashed every week for 7 years.... I've waited for Russell and his crew to bring this Raider team back to the glory it once was , but lets be real.... The raiders will NEVER be good again until Al Davis either retires or die one of the two ,and if some of you guys think tom cable is a good coach and needs more time to develop his players.... well you might as well jump ships cause real fans know the Motto "Just win baby" doesn't work with waiting for something that'll never happen. Having Talent is one thing but it's worthless when people are just there to get their pay checks! Al Davis needs to wake up , This is the year 2009!!! NOT 1980 Football!!! Please more on and give the team to Gruden cause people aren't going come watch a bunch of losers  =/
