Should the 49ers simply not pick at #7?
This is an excellent article written by Jason La Confora detailing why it would make sense for the Bengals to not pick at #4.
This strategy could make sense for the 49ers if Darius/Peterson/Miller are all taken by the time the #7 pick rolls around. They would need simply not take a player with their pick and let the next few picks happen. They could then pick up Amukamara a few spots later, at number 10 or so.
This strategy could save the club 8-10 million in guaranteed money that they could then use to resign key players like Franklin or Lawson.
How would the fan reception be to such a move?

Which 49ers will be voted into the NFL network series Top100? Willis, V. Davis, Gore, and J. Smith should all be locks to make the list, will there be any surprises?

The NFL Network is airing a show called "On The Fringe", it will follow 5 players from around the league who are on the bubble to make an NFL roster. Among the five is our very own Alex Boone. I am not sure how this will play out or how in depth the coverage of Alex Boone will be, but it is definitely something worth tuning in to watch.
It should provide an interesting perspective into the locker room and atmosphere at 49ers HQ. At the very least it will definitely reiterate the secret agenda that many of us have for our second year Tackle.

Gary Banks, San Diego
Cody Grimm, Tampa Bay

Anthony Davis OVR: 75
Mike Iupati OVR: 84
Taylor Mays OVR: 75
Navorro Bowman OVR: 73
You can click on the link and adjust the ratings of the drafted players. I wouldn't mind seeing an increase to the Pass Blocking ratings of Anthony Davis.
Iupati is the has the T-3rd highest overall rating of all players drafted.
Titans' Gage broke bones in his lower back on great grab.
Nothing you would hope for but maybe this will make some receivers think twice about going over the middle against us.

The sale isn't even for life, it is only for the remainder of the season. 10 grand isn't for me to sell my Niner soul for life, but it is probably enough to buy my loyalty for the remainder of the season.

I originally was planning on making this to post as a FanShot, but it took me way too long to make. I am posting it as a FanPost in hopes that it gets enough attention to make me forget how long it took to put together.

One thing that I noticed is that Ray McDonald seems to be in on a huge amount of these plays, as has been discussed by NN. Also, the coverage down field is playing a huge part in giving the opposing QB's nowhere to throw the ball on their first read.

Which station is the 49ers broadcast? KTVU or KPIX?
KTVU or KPIX? The preseason game on the 22nd is broadcasted on both stations. I'm assuming that one is the 49ers and one is the Raiders, does anyone know which is the which?

The guy has owned it since the 70's. He didn't seem to know a whole lot about the current 49ers though, which was upsetting.
