Who's going to game 3 or 4?
I was just curious out of everyone on the boards here, who is going to be in house at US Airways Center for Game 3 or 4? Where are your tickets? How loud will you cheer? How many Lakers fans will you, argue with, punch in the face, push down the stairs, make your b!tch when Frosty goes off???
Can we make an agreement to BOO Kobe "I'm a 10 pound Box of Rape" Bryant, Pau "Let your Soul Glow" Gasol, Lamar Kardashian, Andrew "Imma be livin' that kneeless life" Bynum, and Jordan "They call me Dumbo" Farmar whenever they touch the ball? I know I'm down...
I'm in section 224 Row 4, for Game 3 and can't wait!!!
Training Camp Thread
I figured it would be a good idea to have a training camp thread to talk about what's going on when it happens!
So far, the Suns are inviting veteran point guard Dan Dickau and Summer League team member Carlos Powell to camp in San Diego. Perhaps one of them can compete for a spot on the roster, perhaps in place of Taylor Griffin, or in addition to him as a 14th man. Between the two options, if one makes the team, I believe I'd side with the former because I don't see the Suns having a 14 or 15 man roster...
What do the masses think?
Just let it have it's own thread: Starting LB
It seems this topic comes up in just about every thread on BSOTS, so I figured, rather than sifting through every other thread here, why not just start one about the topic.
Do the Suns start Leandro Barbosa, and have Jason Richardson off of the bench, or should they stick with the way it is now? It is a very difficult argument, and one could argue on either side of it, so it is going to come down to a matter of opinion. Who do you think should have the role of starter and why?
There are many things to consider, offensive skills, defensive skills, salary, who the bulk of their minutes will be spent playing with, etc. I think when you take everything into consideration, I think the Suns will still end up starting JRich over LB. In my opinion, becuase of LB's better defensive skills, I think he could provide a boost at the end of games to get key stops and steals, becuase of his long arms and overall quickness. I think the Suns are going to have JRich finish the games on the premise of the starters being the ones to finish, but if it were me, LB would close games out at the 2 guard position.
What are everyone else's thoughts?

Retool Trade Senario
I am in understanding that this trade would work out financially for both teams, but I am unsure if the teams would do this trade:
LA Clips trade Baron Davis and Marcus Camby for Shaq and Alando Tucker.
Nash/Davis/Barbosa/Dragic
Davis/Richardson/Barbosa
GHill/Richardson/Dudley/ #14 (Clark)
Stat/Sweeeeeet Louuuuuuuuu/#14 (Blair)
Camby/Side Show Rob
This trade obviously works out VERY well for Phoenix, makes us very deep and stacked up well in the backcourt, and increases our front courts defence, and spreads the floor for Amare to work with Nash in the pick and roll. It would also give Phoenix a great point guard of the future in Davis. The bad part is taking on Davis' huge contract, and trading a huge expiring contract for it. Phoenix could use the #14 pick to choose Clark or Blair. No need to choose a guard because we would be so stacked in the back court.
The Clips would do this deal to increase their offencive production in the front court and get a hall of fame vet who can work with Griffin during his rookie year, who is also a huge expiring, so they can save some money and sign a max free agent in 2010. Obviously they would have holes to fill in the back court though so that would be a draw-back as well, but they do get rid of Davis' rediculous contract.
IMHO, this trade makes Phoenix a contender in the west and it gives LA a good future becuase of Shaq's contract.
