Game B Tickets for Sale
So after some great luck, and a little misunderstanding, I have two sets of tickets for game B. I have 2 VIP party tickets in 120 row 13 that I am looking to sell at face value. Before I cause a few heart attacks here is what these tickets include: A VIP Party starting 1.5 hours prior to the game, buffet style dinner, open bar (premium liquor, beer, wine, soda), Sharks gift bag and raffle featuring Sharks merchandise. Okay, now the hard part... After all the taxes and fees the grand total worked out to be $635.15.
Talked to some people that have had these tickets and they say they are actually quite a bit of fun and a pretty good deal. Especially if you happen to be over the age of 21!!!!!
If your interested, or know someone who might be, you can find my email in my profile or leave a comment in this thread.
Thanks!!!! And sorry if this should of bee a FanShot :)

Barton, Smith fine after surgeries
The A's on Tuesday announced that rookie first baseman Daric Barton and rookie left-hander Greg Smith underwent successful surgeries on Friday.
Barton, who batted .226 with nine homers, 47 RBIs and a .327 on-base percentage over 140 games, had surgery on his right hip. Smith, who went 7-16 with a 4.16 ERA in 32 starts, had what the team called "loose bodies" removed from his pitching elbow.
Here's the link to the official release.

Kenny Chesney Concert
So last night my friend and I are minding our own business at the Kenny and friends concert, when we look up and happen to spot some familiar looking faces just 6 rows in front of us. To our surprise (and really this is the kind of random luck we have), we see Rob Bowen, Greg Smith, and Daric Barton. Lets just say neither one of us really watched the concert, because we were to fascinated by watching Barton in his Cream cowboy hat rock out to Brooks and Dunn, and Kenny. And in case anyone is wondering Barton has some pretty good dance moves.
Did any one else go to the concert? If you did go, did you see any other of our country A's boys??

Seattle Help
Now that I made it back from Atlanta, I have started to think about planning a trip to Seattle for the last series of '08. This will be my first time in Seattle, so I am thinking I would like to be close to the stadium and downtown. Any hotel recommendations (or places to avoid)?? Do I need to rent a car, or can I make it around on public transportation and taxis? Any other tips... Thanks in advance for the help!
