Chris Henry Passes Away

This is a sad story. He has 3 children, all very young. From all accounts, he had begun to turn his life around after struggles with the law early in his career. A rare story of a bad guy going good. In sports or not in sports, it always makes me very sad to see someone die in the midst of their redemption. May he rest in peace.

I made a post about Thanksgiving. Big deal.

However, in it I decided to start a comprehensive list of the worst Thanksgiving dishes. I am creatively calling it, "T-Rac's Worst Thanksgiving Dishes". I listed mine. I need your guys' help. If you wish to read it to see what I mean, then click on the link, although it is not required to help me, so don't feel obligated.
