Hey Everyone,

I am trying to come up with a good team name for fantasy baseball this year.  I usually seem to figure something out given news stories or other baseball drama (for instance last year I was My Cousin Yuri) but there really hasn't been a whole lot this offseason.  Also, if possible I'd like to link it to my Braves since everyone I play with apparently has bad taste in teams.  If anyone has any ideas please reply with them.  I figured this may help fellow fantasy players pick their names as well. They have announced three finalists for the cover of Madden 2011.  Vikings DE Jared Allen, Saints QB Dree Brees, And Colts WR Reggie Wayne were chosen.  As much as I believe Reggie derserves the recognition, I do not want Reggie on the cover given the "madden curse".  Say what you want about it I do not want to take any chances.  So i have enclosed a link to the voting site and encourage to actually not vote for Reggie.  Plus it might be a nice runner up award for Brees.

Recenty, EA Sports has announced a modern version of NBA Jam coming out for the Wii.  They have currently started an open online vote for the first three teams so that the public can decide who they want on each team. Each team will have threee players.  Who would our 3 players be? OK, we are a couple months into the season and the 4th worst team in the league right now.  Something has to give.  I understand we have had our fair share of injuries but bottom line is the Pacers aka Larry Bird are not showing us anything to prove that they are going after the best possible team that they can put together.  I understand Bird likes JOB and all but you have to make a statement.  A statement to your team and your fans that this is unacceptable.  They are trade scenarios that could be hit or miss but it feels like we are just tanking and don't care at this point.  Maybe we are going after a top pick who knows but in the words of Monday night football....C'mon Man!

Look everyone knows the situation.  What happened happened and now the media is having a field day and this has become a much longer distraction than if we did go for 16-0.  I wish we would have played through but we didn't.  I couldn't believe the booing as Curtis Painter came onto the field.  Sure i understand the first time and immediate decision booing, but how do we expect a backup QB to play through the scrutiny that we put him through during the game.  We need to grin and bear it and now go out there and support our Indianapolis Colts who still have the best record in football this season and are still OUR team. So please help with the real cause and have the pride that we all know that we truly have in indy.

With QB Jim Sorgi's unexplainable injury who is next in line to take the reigns? This is of course saying that we rest our players or at least take a couple snaps in the last couple weeks of the NFL season?  Do we make Curtis Painter our guy b/c he's been in the system the longest or do we bring in Joe Shmo off the streets to learn the system real quick?  Let me know what you think

The Pittsburgh Steelers cut CB Keiwan Ratliff last week.  Do you think the colts should pick him up for the rest of the season to add more depth to our CBs and even to possibly return some kicks and punts.  He seemed to earn his keep last year.  Surely he's better than Devon Hall, Anthony Madison and TJ Rushing.  Let me know what you think I believe it would really help our team down the stretch.
