Skol ladies and gents:

Anyone have any good restaurant/sports bar/nightlife recommendations near the Dome?   Currently living in Dallas and all the Cowboy slobbering by the local media and friends/co-workers makes me want to go on a shooting spree, so I'm looking to get a little wild this weekend. 

Staying at the Radisson downtown off of 7th Street (the Cowboys team hotel, hopefully I can send a few "escorts" to Romo's room and screw up his sleep schedule) so anything within walking distance or a short cab of there would be great. 

Also-any game day suggestions?  Should I just roam the tailgates offering up free bourbon or is there a bar open that early?

The Cardinals' Week 13 game against the Vikings has been flexed into the 8:20 p.m. ET slot on NBC.

This comes as no surprise.

The game was previously scheduled for 4:15 p.m. ET.

The change allows NBC to bask in the Brett Favre ratings bonanza. It also reflects the Cardinals' increased relevance.

Game is at Arizona, but considering the Cards are 5-0 on the road this year and T-Jack torched them last year it should be a W for our Beloved Purple.

Looks like a few of our Windy City friends got a bit out of hand after they beat the Steelers early in the season. 

Report from PFT on an altercation between Bear and Steeler fans at a local Chicago bar, apparently the two sides were jawing with each other after the game.  Bears fans decided to make peace by offering a free drink (that had a whole hell of a lot more than booze in it)

But why the blue hell didn't we go for 2 after the Berrian TD?  With points as difficult to come by as they were yesterday, and with the game already well into the 3rd quarter, I thought we would obviously go for it.  Damn near lost it 10-9, then everyone would have been discussing it a lot more. 

Another Childress bonehead move?  Or am I making too big a deal out of this?
