Ron Meeks, a guy who has seen how good it can get in this league. I hope he can be the coach that will help turn a defense that was slow to the ball into a defense that will scare the ballcarrier.  Though OTA's I have had only positive remarks about coack Meeks.I  now belive he can change the way Carolina looks at the game.Mike Trogvac didn't have the swagger Ron brings in. Ron Meeks served as a DC for the Colts for numerous winning seasons. I know a lot of fans will say he would not have done so well without Peyton Manning, but Peyton wouldn't have done so well without Ron Meeks. In fact the year the Colts won the superbowl it was the defense that won them the trophy. If you remember correctly in the superbowl peyton won the mvp,but I belive Bob Sanders should have won the MVP. What I love most about Ron Meeks is that he wants the defense to have speed. He has not had the talent ever in his career like he does now. Everette Brown will now be an Pro Bowler because of Ron Meeks talent to be able to turn small fast guys into fast QB bitizing freaks.The energy Ron brings to the table is out of this world. Now if our defense can be one of the tops in the league with our offence scoring 30 points a game we  could really take a look at the superbowl.

Alright before everyone shoots this down take a quick second to ponder this. Jake Delhomme is our guy and should be, but he has made some mistakes.  Does anyone remember the year we brought in David Carr some fan's thought he was going to take Jake's job(not me got my brother on that one)granted David was a bust what I'm getting to is this Jake had competion and in the three game's he played before he got hurt Jake had 8 TD's Vs 1 INT tied Tony Romo for best in football at the time.Here is another idea we ran wildcat last year Michael Vick could come in then and I belive with our O-line,Delo or J-stew,and Vick we would have the best wildcat roster on the planet earth.I also belive Vick wants to play and he knows he won't start off as a QB.Knowing that, We have A wideout that is one of, if not the best in the league we have special plays just for him you all should know who I mean(steve smith for the aliens reading the article)Vick would be a similar wideout running similar play's I don't know what you might think when reading this,but I would love to have Vick as one of Jake's targets.We played Vick twice a year and i don't know how many hardcore Panther fan's that are reading this,but Vick used to shred us.Do you all remember the diving play that got him in the endzone awesome thats all need be said.Fox had to design defensive plays to try and counter Vicks plays the whole league did for goodness sake and we can gurauteed getting him with a 7 rounder.

Okay that was the pro's of Vick good ideas,but how about the con's.Has he really changed doe's he belive dogfighting is  terrible and should not be allowed?Doe's he want to change the heart's of others?Will he be protested to the extend to where he is distracting the team's focus?Will he be willing to play other prositions other than QB?What will he do went his bills are payed of and back in the lime life without debt?Can he still run Vick fast?Can his teammate's trust him?There are alot of questions when it comes to Vick the trick is finding a happy medium.For me he is worth it  I belive he can do alot for the team might even change Julius Peppers feeling toward the team.I saved this for last the number one reason I belive Vick fits in Carolina comes from a business prospective how many fans would the Panthers pick up from the falcons?Would it feel like a home game in ATL?How many jerseys would carolina sell?Our economy state is not the best in the league with Vick I belive it gets better.Championship!!!!!!!!
