Brian Bogusevic
Why do people not see him as a top 100 prospect? I know he's unproven and only had about 200 AB's under his belt, but he is a tools galore. Good speed, great power, and has shown the ability to take a walk and hit for a good average (albeit 200 AB's). He also plays good defense and just seems like the complete package. He could be(if he stays in the Astro's minor league system) a top 20 prospect by the end of this year.

I was SHOCKED to see no Chris Garcia. He's arguebly the system's best arm when you consider potential and how close he is to reaching the majors and making an impact. If only he can stay healthy, he would be talked about as one of the best pitching specs in baseball.
Thoughts?

Carlos Rosa/Wade Davis/Gio Gonzalez
Who would you rather have?
Davis: 90-94 fastball, plus curve, average change, some control issues, good poise, nothing majorly wrong in his delivery, in AAA struggling with the walks.
Rosa: 93-95 MPH fastball, plus slider/curve(different sources saying different things), above average changeup, great control, nothing worrisome on his delivery, doing great in all levels this year.
Gonzalez: 88-92 fastball, plus to plus plus curve, average change, some control issues, nice clean delivery, in the MLB but struggled in AAA.
