I live in the general albatross that is Los Angeles County. I attend school at Cal State Long Beach and love almost everything about it. One of the things I do not love is the contingent of asshats cheering for the bums. I love baseball and became a Giants fan in the early 1990s growing up in San Jose, when the team consisted of Matt Williams, Kevin Mitchell, Will Clark, Robby Thompson and Royce Clayton, to name a few.

Living in the Shadow of the World Champs
It's cool to see a large publication focusing on the A's and shedding light on the disparity between attendance. I root for Oakland when they're not playing the Giants, and I know a lot of other folks here do the same.
