Adam Caplan said on Eagles Live recently that he heard the Eagles were offering about $8M per year and DeSean was looking for $10M or more.

A rumous is just that, a rumour. But if Desean is looking for $10 million+ per season, I don't see how he's back next year (other than via franchise tag).

NFL source: Mike Patterson's condition is treatable, won't intefere with his career. He will play this year. More info expected Monday.
Mike Patterson has been released from the hospital and will join his teammates at training camp.
He is scheduled to see a neurologist in Philadelphia in the next day or so. We anticipate that he will be cleared to resume normal team activities within a few days.
Mike Patterson just hit the ground hard in linemen drills and is shaking on the ground. This doesn't look good. Stay tuned.

Hey guys,
Before I get into my post, last night was absolutely insane. It was the single, most impressive sports performance I have seen in my life. I was baffled when Vick was given the starting job, but I will gladly eat all my words. Vick cannot walk after this season. Anyways, now to my post.

Man there is no way Reid will just let Vick walk after the way he's been playing. I also don't think Reid will send the quarterback he groomed for 3 years in Kolb to another team. Additionally, there is no way Kolb is happy being the backup another 2-3 years. I literally have no clue as to what will happen with this situation.
DeSean will play, barring a setback
Well if we weren't sure already, here it is. Desean Jackson will play barring some sort of setback. Great news, as we'll need everything we can get going our way to beat the Colts.

So, looks like Max Jean-Gilles has a chance to start at right guard in place of Nick Cole (knee). Not a good sign for Reggie Wells.
