A cry for advise/help from seasoned Spurs ticket-holders.
Dear Pounding the Rock community:
I'm a Spurs fan stranded in Eugene, Oregon. I'm a senior at the University of Oregon, getting set to graduate in June. Being that I'm stuck all the way out here in the Northwest, I've never seen the Spurs play on their home court. This saddens me, especially as the career of my favorite player (Timmy, if that wasn't obvious) begins to wane.
However, I've been "awarded" a 10-day business trip to Austin that I'm leaving for tomorrow. And as you all know, San Antonio is playing host to the Thunder for at least two games in the coming week or so. I want to go to one of those games. What's the best way for a broke college student to get into a Spurs game?
My plan is to get a train, bus or hitchhike to San Antonio from Austin. Once there, I'm not sure how to proceed. StubHub? Scalpers? Some other option that only the locals know about? As an almost-graduated student, I don't have an unlimited amount of money to spend ($100 would be pushing it). Nosebleeds are fine. Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks, and GO SPURS!

Lebron for President
Way to go, Lebron. After holding the NBA hostage for months, you finally allowed us to witness your free agency decision in the form of an orgasmic hour-long viewing experience. Would you settle for the money and fame and run to the Knicks? Would you follow in Michael Jordan’s footsteps and turn the Chicago Bulls back into a championship-caliber team? Or would you show some appreciation and loyalty for the organization that drafted you and spent the last few years bending over backward to acquire the parts necessary to win you a ring and convince you to remain a Cleveland Cavalier?
