Houston Rockets Player Shot

 

POSTED: Tuesday, March 17, 2009 UPDATED: 8:59 am CDT March 17, 2009 HOUSTON -- Houston Rockets forward Carl Landry has been shot, KPRC Local 2 reported.

 

Team officials said Landry suffered a flesh wound during a random shooting while getting fast food in Houston at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

 

Landry played with the Rockets in New Orleans on Monday. He played 23 minutes and scored 12 points in the 95-84 victory.

 

Team officials said Landry was treated and released from a hospital. Officials have not said how the shooting will affect the rest of Landry's season. http://www.click2houston.com/sports/18948362/detail.html
