Sheldon claims "personal reasons"
Hugh Douglas on Fox news tonight claims he talked to Sheldon Brown earlier today. When Douglas asked Sheldon why he was not attending OTA's, Sheldon said that the absence can be attributed to "personal reasons" rather than contract issues. Take it for what it's worth.
1st Round
In an article by Steve Wyche on NFL.com, he mentioned in passing that since the Seahawks have just made the trade of Julian Peterson for Cory Redding they might look into moving back in the draft since their main needs of DT and WR are filled (Although Crabtree was listed as an option still). He said the Eagles are a possible team to move up into the 4th spot of the draft. The exact quote is:
Seattle could end up being an ideal trade partner for a team like Philadelphia, which is supposedly looking to trade up to acquire one of the desired offensive tackles.
Now I was wondering, regardless of whether or not his suspicion has any truth to it (which I have the feeling will be criticized quickly since he doesn't cite any sources), what do some people have to say about this idea? I know there's some varying sentiments out there as to what we should do with those picks and this concept of trading up hasn't really been mentioned too often. Thoughts?

Draft Picks
Just to clear it up, since the NFL posted the draft order for every round excluding compensatory picks I figured I should post our picks because I've seen people mention they want to know the order and I haven't seen this anywhere on the site yet. Anyway.
Round 1: 21, 28
Round 2: 53
Round 3: 85
Round 4: 117
Round 5: 133, 145, 149 (doesn't say anything about us having NE's pick, but that's number 151)
Round 6: 181, 182
Round 7: 213
Total of 11 picks.
Feel free to correct my math or general incorrectness.
Another reason we are NOT getting Boldin
The Cards agreed to a two year deal with Bryant McFadden. As a result, I think the Boldin rumors are pretty much over since the rumor was based on a need for a corner back. I'm fine with this because I'd rather keep Sheldon anyway...But feel free to now focus on other unlikely rumors during the rest of the off-season until the draft.
