Meet Up Pics!
Just a few pics from the San Francisco meetup this last saturday... Game 2. Location: Kezar Pub. Place was packed with Canucks fans.
Since then: 1 goal.
Where'd the energy go? They left it in Vancouver. And now they're back.
Pics are after the jump.

TCF's Canucks - Sharks WCF Journal, Day 10: Real Talk
Today won't be easy. Tomorrow will not be easy either. For as loud as I am in support of the Vancouver Canucks, I WANT to be loud for the San Jose Sharks. I've made my bed, and I'm willingly sleeping in it. I just wish things would have come about differently. A first round matchup would have been completely preferrable to a Conference Finals showdown. I know that a Stanley Cup Finals appearance by one of my two teams was guaranteed this way, but I can't shake the feeling that drastic changes are ahead.
TCF's Canucks-Sharks WCF Journal. Day 4: No Wagers
How does this happen? How does a Canuck fan living in the Bay Area amongst the thousands (AND THOUSANDS) of Sharks fans not get a single bet down?
TCF's Canucks-Sharks WCF Journal. Day 1: The Wait Is Over.
Its been 17 years since I swore allegiance to the Canucks. I've waited almost 2 decades for my local team, the San Jose Sharks, to meet my adopted team, the Vancouver Canucks, in the playoffs. In that time span I've moved 4 times, watched close to 750 games involving the Sharks and/or the Canucks, and been disappointed in their postseason performances more than I'd like to remember. Tonight, all of that came to its natural conclusion.
The Canuck Fan's Trip to Vancouver. Part 2: Snowflake Day
And now, the exciting conclusion to TCF's Vancouver trip.

The Canuck Fan's Trip to Vancouver, A Rope of Sand. A Photo Journal in 2 parts.
As some of you may know, I took a bit of a trip to the Great White North for some NHL action between my favorite team and my hometown team on January 20th. I'll let you guys take a stab at which team is which. Thursday really could not have been a better day. Ok thats a lie, it could have been, the Canucks could have won, and I could have drank a little more. I just don't think anyone would have done body shots off of me at the Roxy. Thats a story for another day.
1/20 pre/postgame meetup!
My trip to Vancouver is just about here! As of post time, i'm a little less than 17 hours away from boarding my flight to Vancouver from San Jose, not so coincidentally the Canucks' opponent on Thursday. I'm trying to see who would be interested in meeting up for drinks Thursday night before or after the game.
Hey, So, Who Wants to Meet Up?
I'll be in Vancouver from Jan 19-21, going to the game on Jan 20 vs. San Jose. I'm looking for things to do in downtown Vancouver after the game on the 20th.
Oh look its Dan Murphy!
Wearing the trophy after watching the Canucks beat the Sharks here in San Jose. (Its my friend's scarf. Dirty Sharks Fan. *spit*)
Growing the Canucks Footprint in the USA/Bay Area Canucks meetup
My apologies for jumping the gun. Why i deleted the post, along with details to a hastily planned viewing party is after the jump.
SF Area Canucks Meetups! Fear NO Fin
Three Canucks-Sharks games in 24 days is a perfect opportunity to meet Bay Area based Canucks Fans. First is the last regular season appearance of the Chokers in Vancouver on March 18, 2010. Next comes 9 days later on March 27, 2010 as the Canucks make their first appearance at the Tank since January 2009. The final opportunity arrives 12 days later with the Canucks' 81st and final regular season road game back in San Jose on April 8, 2010.
