Craziest/Best/Worst Winter Meetings White Sox Rumors

I think this is an appropriate section for this week to post the most insane, best, non sensical rumors you hear or can think of for this week.  So post your Paul Konerko for Kotchman and Figgins Phil Rogers fueled rumors here.  I'd like to have a central point of all the rumors to look back on at the end of the offseason just to see how dumb or accurate they were.  Plus, we can avoid all of the dead horse pictures in the normal threads and post them here if you so desire.

Greatest Baseball Movies of All-Time

After reading Rob Neyer's Blog the other day on the greatest baseball movies of all time, he talked about how he had never seen "Major League" through its entirety but wouldnt put it on his own top 10. Personally, i think that movie is THE best baseball movie of all time.  He compares this list:

  1. Field of Dreams
  2. Bull Durham
  3. Major League
  4. The Natural
  5. A League of Their Own
  6. Pride of the Yankees
  7. The Sandlot
  8. 61*
  9. Little Big League
  10. The Bad News Bears
compiled by CLTV

And then posts his own:

  1. Bull Durham
  2. Eight Men Out
  3. The Bad News Bears
  4. Fever Pitch
  5. The Natural
  6. The Sandlot
  7. 61*
  8. Pride of the Yankees
  9. A League of Their Own
  10. Babe Ruth
I really dont see how you can put "Fever Pitch" in the top 10 baseball movies of all time.

Old Comiskey

http://ballparks.phanfare.com/slideshow.aspx?username=ballparks&album_id=338350&section_id=- 1

I posted this in the Colon thread, but not everyone may see it.  It's a nice slideshow of the Old Comiskey that I think all sox fans should check out.  I'm currently only 25 years old, but I did take in a few games there when I was younger, however, I don't remember much about the games except the old seats and yellow railings.  It's crazy to look how worn down that stadium was from the outside.  I do miss seeing the highlights of sox players and opponents putting the ball into the outfield upper deck and how can you not love that scoreboard!
