Airing it out, YACking it up, Tapping the Brakes, and Measuring Success.
The Dallas Cowboys have the unique pleasure of having one of the most diverse fan bases in the nation. From California to New Jersey, while I was in the military I met Dallas Cowboy fans from every part of the country. Some of them were born around them and had moved, others had parents that breathed the blue and silver, and then there were a few that just made the wise decision to like them because of having no local team.
With that diversity comes a wide variety of opinions, some of which I would love to take the time to offer my own on.

As of today, the news is that the Dolphins are probably going to cut Justin Smiley before May 28th. The other news that has come out of all of this, is that his shoulder seems to be a pretty big non-issue.
So if your the Dallas Cowboys and you see him hit the market, do you make a move for him? If you do how much? The guy is only 28, so he's not yet what I'd consider old for a lineman. If you do sign him, who gets the boot too?

Myth of the 3rd Team Schedule.

I think there has been some confusion on how the schedule works by Cowboy fans and non-Cowboy fans around here.
I've heard the constant argument that, "Well they only went 11-5 because of their 3rd ranked schedule.", but I'm starting to think that there aren't many people who know how the schedule works.

I didn't know how many of you were going to the playoff game Saturday but was wondering who all might be making it.
My bestfriend and myself will be tailgating, drinking, and getting probably borderline ridiculous beforehand and I'd love to meet whomever so you can tell me all the stupid crap you think I say is stupid. : )
Let's ring in the new year and watch the first playoff game win in the new stadium.
