Orlando Pinstriped Post Whats your favorite single Turkoglu moment?

This one is real simple.

Since a Magic fan favorite is gone I ask, what single moment do you remember the fondest of #15 Hedo Turkoglu? This shouldnt be a discussion on his strenths or is the move good. Just what do you remember and smile a little about.

Me?

When he hits the game winner and pretend motorbikes off the court to the Magic bench. I cant remember the game, but the after shot moment was so comical it will be forever burned into my brain. I still laugh about it today.

Adios #15 G/L and thanks for the laugh.

Orlando Pinstriped Post Which team has the best 1-2 center combo?

The premise is easy here. Not which player is individually better or which one should start. Which 1-2 depth chart center combo is the best? Dont let hometown or player bias make your choice, pick the best starter/1st back-up tandem.

I draw my list from shamsports:  Team depth charts and out of all the teams only 5 stand out as great. In alphabetical order.

Atlanta  Horford/Pachulia  Boston  Perkins/R.Wallace  Cleveland S.O'Neal/Ilgauskas  L.A.L  Bynum/P.Gasol  Orlando D.Howard/Gortat

Honorable mention goes to Denver  Nene/C.Anderson   Memphis  Thabeet/M.Gasol

So which one two punch is best? The young athletic bruiser bigs in A-town, with one being a college champ? Big boy Perkins with sniper Wallace, 2 guys that know what it takes to be a champion? Superman1.0 with something to prove and Big Zeek? A young healed Bynum with a chip on his shoulder, bolstered by a tougher Gasol? Or the reigning DPotY and rebounding champ Superman 2.0 with the Polish Hammer fresh off International play and both with something to prove? Only time and games will tell, but these 5 teams definately stand well above the rest! I make no secret I vote Magic but it is not a runaway IMO.

Side note notice how shamsports lists Bass as the starting 4 and Lewis at the 3 here. I still think we go Shard 4 not Bass. But thats another conversation.

Feel free to point out why your choice is the best.

Orlando Pinstriped Post Why have a salary cap?

With only 4 teams staying under it this year I wonder, what is the sense having a cap so low? It is evident that a team must break the cap to keep their stars, and all the teams do it. So what is the reason to under value the salary cap? The only team that stands out for staying under is Portland. Have a look after the jump and see for yourself.

Starting from highest over the cap to lowest.
