My predictions for 2012 game by game, better than you think!!!
I know its still early and please "keep in mind" these predictions will likely change after pre season, if there are any major injuries and all the way up to week 1. So if you don't agree thats fine this is from my observation as of right now.
Week 1 @ Houston Loss 21-24 0-1 I don't know what it is about this team but we are 0-6 against them and no matter how good we are or how bad they are they always manage to find a way to beat us at the end. They just have our number.
Week 2 Vs Oakland Win 23-10 1-1 As improved as Oakland is I still think our D we will put to much pressure on Palmer force him into some early TO's as the D will win this for us.
Week 3 Vs New York Win 30-23 2-1 When these two teams get together its usually a high scoring affair and I think our new WCO will match up much better against the Jets top secondary corners than our more conventional offense did in the past sorry Tebow.
Week 4 @ Arizona Win 27-10 3-1 I honestly think the Cards are a mess, the defense is average (Flynn 1.0) Kolb is not very good, no o-line, I like the coach but, he doesn't have much to work with here. Dolphins should control the clock here and come out with an easy win here.
Week 5 @ Cincinnati Loss 17-27 3-2 I like the Bengals alot this year I think Dalton was great last year with AJ Green, pretty solid D, good o-line, although I've never been a Marvin Lewis fan I believe they will continue to underachieve as long as he is coach.
Week 6 Vs St.Louis Win 31-13 4-2 What more do you have to say about the Rams?
Week 7 @ New York Loss 17-21 4-3 Not the scoring fest you'd expect but the 2nd game tends to have more defense between the two and I think the Jets snag one from us here in NY.
Week 8 @ Indianapolis Win 34-7 5-3 As great as Luck will be in the NFL he wont do it against this defense in his rookie year.
Week 9 Vs Tennessee Win 27-20 6-3 I think we come back to win this game as we contain Chris Johson in the second half and our D makes life hell for Locker.
week 10 @ Buffalo Win 28-17 7-3 Good win for us and no sign of Tannehill yet because Moore is playing very well.
Week 11 Vs Seattle Loss 23-24 7-4 Normally the Hawks are a terrible road team but recently we've been a horrible home team although I think we'll improve I just see an upset at home some time during the season and this seemed the most logical and now Flynn wasn't the reason why they won. If fact I think Flynn will have a below average game but Lynch will save the day for Seattle.
week 12 Vs New England Win 33-27 8-4 I think the Patriot (cheating) magic is fading and we win this at home in front of an emotional crowd in the 4th quarter. As the defense gets to hi I'm Tom Brady and fold into a lawn chair when pressure on, when I get hit I'm easily rattled.
week 13 @ San Francisco Loss 17-37 8-5 Cause the Dolphins always get blown out in at least 1 game on the road in the season.
week 14 Vs Jacksonville Win 27-6 9-5 I just can't see Miami losing this game under any circumstance at home or even if it was in Jax. Jags are not a very good football team and we should beat them with ease.
week 15 Vs Buffalo Win 38-35 10-5 I see this as a shot out game that goes back and forth just like the Marino/Kelly days, although we are the victors this team.
week 16 @ New England Loss 17-19 10-6 Cold weather to end the season now thats a shocker. In a game I think will be very snowy and very cold, the Pats use the last (cheating) magic they have as their dominance in the NFL will be over after this year.
So Like I mentioned before this is just as of now with no significant injuries to the team throughout the year. I didn't see a 10 win season at all but, after looking at the schedule its actually set up that way where we could win as many as 11 games. Not saying we will but you can figure at the worst we go 3-3 in the division and beat the teams we are supposed to beat or teams I feel that we are better than such as the Raiders, Cardinals, Rams, Colts, Titans, Seahawks, Jaguars. That alone equates to 10 wins right there, maybe an upset gets us to 11 wins. After looking over the soft schedule we have I do think its very possible and I'd give it a 50/50 chance. Moore is good QB and was 6-6 last season 6-3 after he got a hold of the offense so I def think he can get us to 10 wins with improved coaching that we have now and a better system on offense to go along with our solid defense that we have now as well.
If Alex Smith can lead SF to 13 wins with a great D, ( No I do not think Smith is an upgrade over Moore either he found a system that fits his playing style) I think Moore in a system good for him can lead us to similiar success with some luck (always have to have that) and the rights balls bouncing our way. I don't think the 49ers D is so much better than ours especially when ours played lights out in the second half once everyone got into the flow of things and Moore provided some stable QB play. As long as Moore doesn't put our D in bad situations like Henne often did I think this could a lot better season than many of us expect. Then again I may be totally wrong and we stink it up everywhere so you never know but as of now this is how I feel while trying to use the least amount of bias as possible.
As for Tannehill I believe he gets some mop up duty in a few games at best. As he sits and learns.

Check this out about the state of our team/draft/Ryan Tan.
I'm not so sure RT at 8 is the best choice. We dont know how bad we can be but we know we shouldnt expect anything more than 6-8 wins at best. What if the season is a total disaster while RT plays maybe a in a game we get blown out or 2? We end up with a top 3 or 5 pick and we are in a position to trade up to #1 or #2 and draft either Matt Barkley or Tyler Wilson??? This is why I'm opposed to taking RT at 8, now you might ask what if its not a total disaster and we finish with another useless middle of the pack or late first round draft pick like this franchise has happened more often than not prob around 70% of the time the Dolphins have always picked in the last half of the draft. Not east to draft high grade !st Rd QB's if you constantly picking in the lower have right. Then what do not so intelligent fans on this site start screaming at Jeff Ireland to trade the farm for MB or TW after he just spent the 8th overall pick on a guy that prob wont even throw as many as 10 passes in his first season unless major injuries occur. So please think long and hard we need a QB very bad but we have other holes that we can fill with a much higher success rate without gambling on the future just yet. Please realize that at some point if we have a QB with no team we wont win a damn thing. We did this once before and if your wondering when ask Dan Marino how being the franchised leader worked when you play around a talentless and useless team. I say we trade down and go for Barkley or Wilson next year and build a solid foundation for them to stand on if we have elite talent around them, then the new franchise QB steps in and we are gold for the next 15 years. I don't want to see another Marino situation as important as the QB is THE TEAM WINS THE SUPER BOWL NOT 1 PLAYER!!!

This team hasn't been relevant for 24 years!!!
What I've experienced as a Dolphins fan since I was 8 years old, nothing but heartache and bad emotions!!!
Last SB win :1973 39 years
Last SB app :1985 27 years
Last AFCC app:1992 20 years
Last Div win :1992 20 years
Last Div app :2000 12 years
Last Playoff win:2000 12 years
Last Playoff app:2008 3 years
Missed the playoffs 14 times in that span been there only 3 times since 2000
16 different starting qb's since 1999
6 different head coaches since 1999 (Not including interims)
What does this all mean? I'm gonna be 32 and the youngest I can remember watching the Dolphins was around the age of 8, so that means I've seen about 24 years of Dolphins football, and I've watched them win 6 playoff games, with 1 app in the AFC Title game. Its been torture watching this team look at the way they end their playoff runs in the past 24 years
1990- Buf 44, Mia 34 in a snow storm, game wasnt as close as score shows
1992-Buf 29, Mia 10 blowout @ home to go to the SB
1994-SD 22,Mia 21 Dolphins beat themselves here
1995-Buf 37,Mia 22 Blownout by the Bills for the 3rd time in 4 years
1997-Ne 17,Mia 3 Very cold and frigid game prob Marino's worst playoff performance
1998-Den 38, Mia 3 Wow who would have thunk another blow out?
1999-Jax 62,Mia 7 Easily the worst Dolphins game I've ever seen
2000-Oak 27,Mia 0 This time we dont even score
2001-Bal 20,Mia 3 Waste of a talented D with inept offense
2008-Bal 27,Mia 9 Guess who blew us out again @ home?
Our 6 playoff wins aren't that much impressive, yet we find a way to get embarrassed in the playoffs. This franchise has been awful since the 86 season with a few nice seasons here and there but look at the way they all end. Other than the Chargers game Miami closed out their season with a blowout loss when it counts most. Yes it was storied up until 1985, sounds odd cause thats just about all of Marino's career well Marino was the only positive thing ever with this team when he played.
Oddly enough he retires then they have the best D, get Ricky Williams, good WR's and still suck for the whole decade. Cause we dont have another Marino and our sucky head coaches Fiedler/Wannstedt, Culpepper/Saban, Cleo Lemon/Cameron, Henne/Sporano, now we have Moore/Philbin. (Please note that I use the combo for certain reasons of qb/coach I'm sure you get it) Still to this day the Jimmy Johnson (ruined the end of Marino's career) hire started this cause he gift wrapped the HC job to Wannstedt and it all went down Titanic from there.
I dont know about yall but I never witnessed glory Dolphins days, I'm so tired of this team being so terrible year after year while teams like the Cardinals, Falcons, Saints, Lions, Buccs, Vikes, Jets, Titans to name some find their grooves with stud players and good quality drafting. At least back then players wanted to come to Miami, now we are a joke a laughing stock of the NFL, I stopped spending money on this team years ago and its been a great investment. All I ever hear is the same bs new regime speech, I want to bring a SB to SoBe we will build through the draft acquire top level talent and upgrade @ the QB position, I know we can win we have a great core group of bla bla bla!!! Shit is so annoying now its just awful decision after awful decision and its been more extreme the bad way than anything else. I think Philbin is a good hire but, Moore will not lead us anywhere but 7-9 wins cause of our D @ best and screw us out of drafting a top QB every year like the Fiedler effect did.
I like Tannehill alot I pray we draft him cause after him I'm really not interested in any other QB's,if not this team needs to tank so we can get Matt Barkley or not win like 5 meaningless games at the of the season after another terrible start to put us back even more in the draft, since we have a decent team, a great QB will go along way but we now need to get him a stud WR, and O-Line help. The D will be fine thats the stronghold of this team so a piece here and there will do just fine.
I'm just venting my frustrations as a fan for the past 24 years of my Dolphins fanhood, all my friends have seen their teams win multiple SB's and mine hasn't even been to one in forever, it kills me so much when discussing about it but whatever @ least I got the Heat, and the Marlins!!! Go SoBe lets take the NBA Title and MLB Title, cause Dolphins wont be relevant for God knows how long!!!
Troubling news for peyton supporters!!!
I dont know about yall but for months practically everyone had us as faves to land manning. i was getting so excited to that would be a dream to have had the 2 greatest qb's ever both as dolphins. back to reality for almost a week now there have been nothing but negative reports about peytons possibilities to end up as a dolphin. yes they are only sources or people close to sources but then again thats how all information is leaked out through sources close to this guy or that guy. what i'm saying is that at one point i was 90% sure peyton was gonna choose miami now from what i've read and listened to despite we still have "no official" interview set up. i'm about 30% sure i believe denver is #1 mainy cause of elway, and dont get me wrong as much as i love dan marino i'm very disappointed in him for someone who is still the face of tis franchise and hasnt played for over a decade that he doesnt want to be more involved with the team helping them win in some manner, i was so excited when he became vp of football operations but then stepped down 3 weeks later. who knows maybe he isnt a good judge of talent or doesnt have the patience or brains to coach but who knows. i believe we will not end up with manning and i think signing matt flynn is a mistake even though i'll support our new coach but when flynn sinks the ship then philbin gets canned and our great d is to old we are even worse then we are now and will repeat the same process for prob another decade, new coach, new this and new that. its obvious players and coaches like miami but dont like our mickey mouse instability of our front office. after the 3rd high profile commodity turns ross down hopefully a 4th in matt flynn will do so as well and we can somehow land matt barkley next year, i think its a pipe dream but gotta have hope sometimes.
Manning, Flynn, Moore, Griffin???
These are the 4 qb's that everyone on the board is talking about and will continue to talk about until we finally know for sure who 'The QB" will be and its set in stone. That being said I'm going to rank and write about these qb's and how I think each of them help us more or less than the other in my own personal opinion.
1.Peyton Manning, my first choice technically I should just have to write his name and you know the rest. Yes he will be 36 yes he is coming off a career threatening injury, yes will we have to give him a lot of money. If Manning is available he is the best QB on the market and will turn our team to instant super bowl contenders for the next 3 or 4 years maybe longer who knows and with the last 11 years of losing I'm all for it. Of course that is if he is cleared to play medically and he says he is healthy its a no brainer, Ross has the money and is his #1 choice as it is anyways. So you might ask what happens if he gets hurt or injured again well, thats why Matt Moore is a capable backup if that is the case. Yes its a risk but, I believe its a high risk high rewards that this franchise needs to take. The way QB's are coddled these days Manning can easily last up to 5 years, especially if we sign Nicks, and draft Rieff we will have the best O-Line in football, no one will touch Manning plus think about it him throwing to Marshall, Bess, Hartline, Gates, and Bush our offense would be amazing, we can draft a stud TE or hell he would prob make Fasano a pro bowler. So this is how I feel about the Manning situation I'm all systems go assuming he is medically cleared to play and everything we just cant pass this up especially when Eli wins his 2nd SB, you know big brother is going yo be on a mission to win at least 1 if not 2 more which he is very capable of doing. Remember our own Danny boy came back from his torn achilles at age 33 and didnt miss a beat.
2.Matt Flynn, my second choice if Manning doesn't check out medically or he decides to sign with another team other than the Dolphins which I think is a mistake because we all the pieces here and a new aggressive coach who will play to win rather not to lose and we end up losing anyways. Flynn is a bit of an enigma, he made the most of his only 2 starts throwing for 9 td's and around 900 something yards thats pretty impressive. Although many like to believe thats because of the talent he was surrounded with in Green Bay. Makes sense, Miami doesn't have the same offensive fire power the Pack do but I think its not that far from it. Our running game is much better than theirs and as far as their WR core goes we are right behind them, maybe more 1 or 2 impact players to be on par with them. I believe their O-line collectively as a unit is better than our as they excel better in pass and run blocking whereas our left side of the line is the only part that excels. Do I think think Flynn can be the guy here? I do believe he can only if the right pieces are around him which I think the Dolphins have enough now and will have more than enough in the very near future. One thing I don't like about Flynn is he will be 27 when the season starts its not that old but not that young, and you figure we can have Flynn for maybe what 5-7 prime years as opposed to Manning for 4-5 years, yes Flynn doesn't have the same wear and tear but before this season Manning never missed a game or suffered anything major. To me the idea of Manning for 4-5 years, with a rookie we draft this year or next as opposed to Flynn for about 5-7 years, it just makes more sense how do you pass on a QB of Manning's caliber one of the greatest ever if he wants to come to Miami. One thing I will say about Flynn is that with the addition of Philbin as the coach I believe it will ease the learning curve and he in my eyes is much better than Kolb.
3.Matt Moore, my third choice for our QB fix if we can't land Manning or Flynn is franchised or gets offered more money elsewhere then the best thing for the Dolphins to do is stick it out with Moore who once got acclimated to the team after being inserted into the lineup was 6-3. Not bad but, the problem with not bad is that is just what Moore will ever be is "not bad" I think he could lead us to a 10 win season and a playoff berth because of the talent we can surround him with but anything more than 1 playoff win might be pushing it. I'm ok with that for now until the Dolphins can find the right QB to plug into Philbin's new system. Moore played well enough to make me believe that we can stick with for the time being so we dont have pay a ransom note of draft picks for unproven players. Moore will never be that elite QB we all dream to have but he can keep our team respectable so we are not the laughing stock of the NFL again. So if Moore is the starter we obviously need to fix the right side of the line draft Riley Rieff and hopefuly we can snag Carl Nicks, draft a ball hawk saftey, a versatile TE, build up depth with our LB's, maybe draft a QB and the who knows how far Matt Moore could bring us I believe Moore is better than Delhomme, Dilfer, Rypien, Simms, Hostetler, Williams, McMahon, Johnson, Brady (Yes Brady's 1st fluke SB win and less than stellar play in those playoffs, tuck bullshit also) and these are just some of the lousy SB winning Qb's or ones that appeared in the SB. Just Sayin, you never know!!!
4.Robert Griffin 3, my no choice but, I only list him because this fan base is so desperate to see a QB here they will believe anything ESPN tells them or just because he was won the cursed Heisman Trophy Award. RG3 the Dolphins fan base seem to be obsessed with this guy the most of any of the other fans and thats from reading and talking to other people who like other teams. I think its because the Dolphins are the most desperate for a QB so they would be willing to take a goalie from the NHL who could thrown the ball decent if Kiper and McShay said he could be converted to QB. RG3 with all due respect is not the type of QB we need here in Miami, run first mentality QB's get you exactly 'ZERO" 00000 SUPER BOWLS WIN OUT OF 46. Of course people will make the argument that he passes more than he runs duhhh, his position is QB so he will always pass more than run but, that doesn't change his mentality of when plays break down your first though is to run not wait to see if their a WR who maybe broke a route and got open because he always has the idea of tucking the ball and running. Run first QB's have these highlight reels that make people go owe and ahh but look at history "THEY NEVER WIN,' who said it? "You play to win the game.' Run first mentality QB's can't ever flourish the same way your classic drop back QB's do because they don't do their due diligence with studying game film, they dont compute it the same way, seeing the defenses tendencies, or having that field vision because they are to focused on being on the run and using their athletic ability to bail them out of any situation, where as the drop back guy needs to make sure he is focused and knows the defense cause maybe he can scramble a bit but wont tuck it and run for a few yards or risk injury. RG3 also lacks experience playing under center and before you make Cam Newton comparisons he still does as well and RG3 is much smaller than Newton, and the league will eventually catch up to this new spread offense and if you cant take snaps from under center you will struggle your whole career. RG3 has already torn his ACL once before which is another red flag, and your comfortable with a QB tucking the ball and taking off probably more often then not who has already suffered a major injury like that. Shelf lives of run first mentality QB's don't last as long either, when they are trying to play hero and do it themselves they get hit the same a RB does and we all know their shelf life keeps dwindling and dwindling. I don't care what he did in college how great his stats were, Marino's senior season in college was less than stellar and you saw how he turned out college success doesn't always translate to NFL success. I think RG3 has to many red flags especially for us to give up a ransom note in draft picks to get him, just doesn't make sense. You might wonder why I didnt say anything really positive about RG3 well he's not a QB I want Miami to go after. Ok he's a great college player who I think will make an average NFL QB, who probably will have lots of highlight reels similar to Vick his first couple seasons then the league will figure him out and he will be washed up the same way all the other run first mentality QB's went through. I've seen this movie plenty of times with Cunningham, Culpepper, Vick, Young, McNabb (actually improved his passing game), as much as I love Tebow he'll prob suffer the same fate as these guys if he doesn't develop his pocket awareness and passing skills.
There you have it and please if your going to comment please I understand alot of you have never played the game of football, I have all my life so I do have insight on what I'm saying, its my opinion if you don't like it or agree thats kool, you can't please everyone but, we are all rooting for the same team here no need to slander people and make moronic racial remarks. Hope yall my ideas to fix our beloved Dolphins heres to Philbin restoring our once proud franchise back to existence!!!

How I think we can fix the Dolphins
OK so this is just a little bit of my opinion on how I believe we can fix our beloved Dolphins feel free to comment as you wish I'm a big boy and I can handle criticism, but no need to be rude about anything we are all Dolphins fans here in hopes of having a proud franchise once again and returning the Lombardi trophy back to South Beach!!!
Owner
We all know that our owner Mr. Ross doesn't seem to be as football savvy as he is business savvy although he has owned the team for what 2 years so I can let it slide for now but, there is no doubt he handled many situations wrong and hopefully he can learn and become a great owner who doesn't interfere with the football side of things and he can stick to the business side.
Coaching
First off want to say TS thank you your a great guy but, its a business and unfortunately he wasn't that great of a coach I wish him the best of luck and he shouldn't have any problem finding a job in NFL. This is my wish list of coaches who I would love to see come to Miami in particular order, now I believe that Cowher and Gruden both will elect to stay in broadcasting, I would be very happy with any of these guys as our next HC but, my top pick would be RChud, I love what he's done with the offenses he's had to work with and we def need an upgrade to our offensive unit, someone who has a more creative idea to go with Daboll.
1.Bill Cowher:
2.Jon Gruden:
3.Rob Chudzinski:
4.Pete Carmichael
5.Andy Ried:
Offensive Coordinator
Brian Daboll I believe is decent enough to stay for now , he has shown flashes of mixing it up to keep the defense guessing and honest. He needs to be more consistent next year but with a coach willing to take more chances and isn't as scared as Sparano was I think he'll improve or else I see him getting canned. We have some play makers on offense we just need to use them right and put them in packages that doesn't make our offense so vanilla and predictable hopefully Daboll can do this next year.
Defensive Coordinator
I'm a little disappointed in Mike Nolan's D this season as for the first half they were down right terrible and looked lost, I understand that the lockout probably affected them more then we thought but, this team even with the lockout should have responded much better at the beginning of the season rather start to play lights out after we are 0-7 and the season is over. I think he is an elite defensive coach and we should try to keep him around and if the defense under performs again, cause this defense has the talent to be great then maybe we need to look for his replacement.
Offense
The main holes are QB,RT,RG, now unless John Jerry can be at least serviceable who did a pretty good job against Philly then only the RT position needs to be addressed on the line. Colombo is the worst RT ever and that needs a def upgrade in the draft hopefully 2nd rd. not so sure how I feel about clay as the new FB but we'll see, and as for that position QB we don't have any chance for Luck and I'm not for selling the farm for him either, WE NEED TO DRAFT MATT BARKLEY!!! not robert griffen 3???. Simple as that, and we should be in position to do so, as long as we don't win the next 3 games which I highly doubt,
Why BARKLEY OVER rg3?
I've watched the two play this season and rg3 just doesnt have a style I like than can be an easy transition over to the NFL, transitioning is much easier these days then back in the 80's and 90's because of all the QB friendly rules now but, when I see him I see a better version of Vince Young, and I always thought VY was never going to be anything close to elite and I see the same with rg3 he doesn't appear to able to read complex defenses which is the most important thing a QB needs to do. Everyone is enamored with his athletic ability and fall in love with his highlight reels ok Mike Vick that worked out real good huh?, and its great I know it is but, your QB needs to be able to be mentally tough, stable and intelligent (football IQ). I just don't think rg3 displays that ability to read defenses on a consistent basis and you will have another Mike Vick running around dazzling people until they get the game film on him and then its all down hill. BARKLEY is the perfect proto-typical QB pretty big arm makes every NFL throw wasn't to sure about him @ first but the more I watched him the more I knew I wanted this to be the next Miami QB, so the only thing think he doesn't do better than rg3 is run big deal, other than that I don't what stats or dumb QB efficiency rating says I think BARKLEY is far more of a superior QB than rg3 when it comes to NFL standards, remember people "MY OPINION"
QB-Need I say more?
RB-I still don't like the idea R.Bush is our #1 back, I think Bush should come in relief for Thomas who I thinks a stud
FB-Scratches head why we don't have Polite and are using Hilliard???
LT-Best in the game
LG-Love the job Incognito has done since being picked
C-Stud and prob will be best in the game soon
RG-Carey here is decent but is older and this may need to be addressed in the near future, maybe J.Jerry?
RT-Colombo is just down right awful anyone they plug in here it just always seems like a diasater
WR1-Stud WR yes has his diva moments but def the best playmaker on the team, plus elite qb=unstoppable
WR2-Hartline is good but we might need to replace him with a more reliable speedster, hopefully its Gates
WR3-Bess is like a poor mans Wes Welker but still very good and very underrated
WR4-Gates has talent to do some great things once he is more polished and I'm very excited he is part of the team overall I'm happy with the WR unit we have I think its very solid and the only piece is the elite QB to get them the ball
TE1-He is decent shows flashes but I think we need to get more athletic in this department
TE2-Pretty much a lesser version of Fasano
Defense
The only really bright spot of the team but not until week 8 how ever you want to put it. The front 7 is solid and stable so maybe some minor tweaks and things here and there but the unit is def considered one of the tops in the NFL once again after week 8 see the trend. Anyways I totally satisfied with the starters maybe we can add some depth through the draft and find an eventual replacement for Wake since I think he will be 30 or 31 next year, maybe even Dansby who is very good but we def overpaid for him. As far as the secondary we are in big time need of another CB and FS more the FS than then CB, Bell is up there in age and we don't have anyone who can replace him, Sean Smith is average and Vontae is above average, but we need to get some ball hawking safeties that can help cause Turnovers cause we are horrible in that department especially int's I've never seen a defense drop some many sure handed int's and result then the offense gets another chance and scores on us all the time I think it was 18 dropped int's last season most in the NFL. We def need to upgrade the secondary and add some solid depth to the front 7 and we should be elite week in and week out.
LDE-I think we are good here for now with Langford
NT-Soliai has def elevated his game and I'm happy with his play
RDE-Once Odrick can establish himself here and healthy I believe he'll be here for a long time
LOLB-Misi is a stud and I love his motor and how he plays
LILB-Burnett I thik was a very good pick up in free agency and has performed well taking over Crowders spot
RILB-Dansby is good but he is def overpaid and maybe we should think about replacing him within 2-3 years
ROLB-Wake the beast is awesome but he will be entering his 30's and we know what that means
LCB-Vontae showed signs of greatness but I don't think he has it mentally to be elite ever, but still very good
SS-Bell has always been solid but he is getting up there in age and should be looking for a replacement soon
FS-Whoever we have here is terrible this is something we need to address desperately in the draft
RCB-Smith is nothing more than an average cb who we can get by with drop's everything blows coverages
Special Teams
This unit I'm totally happy with as far as Punter and Kicker, I do believe we need to keep Reggie returning punts and Gates kickoffs and hopefully the blocking improves so we can get some good returns.
There ya have I didn't try to go into to much detail but its how I feel on some things hope yall enjoy!!!
Finally met Dan Marino!!!
finally met Dan Marino yesterday one day after my birthday on Wednesday which was like an awesome present, I live in Las Vegas and as some of you might now he has a restaraunt there in the Hooters Casino, and he is part owner of the sports memorabillia store at Caesars Palace in their Forum Shops called Field of Dreams which is where he was at. He seemed like a nice guy but, then again he was specifically there for pictures and autographs from 12-2, I know a lot of people have come accross him and they haven't had the kindest of things to say about him but I guess being bothered every 5 seconds for pictures and autographs most your life can get old. What I will say is that I was very dissapointed in was he couldnt sign anything unless you bought something which I thought was BS, now I'm sure all that has to do with his agent and the company and I brought my own jersey and the guy told its $350 for him to sign it, and the cheapest thing that you could buy was $200. If I lived in Miami I probably wouldnt have bought anything but considering I'm 29 and this was the first chance I got to meet him and I live 3500 miles away I was like F it, and got the autograph and pictures!!!
The Real reason why we will beat the Saints
The reason we we will beat the Saints is not because the Wildcat is so good and our TOP, and keeping Brees off the field, but we have a few things which I believe will be deciding factors in the game. The Saints put up all their might and energy and put up 48 pts on the previously 5-0 supposed best team in the league so they had to get up really high for this game cause it was gonna be a big one, well little do they realize the Dolphins well rested, with Henne taking an extra week of 1st team reps is lurking around the corner. The Saints played their hearts out for that game it looked like they just layed it out, so now the travel to face a Miami team who has had 2 weeks of preperation to study film on the Saints and figure out ways to counter attack their potent offense. This will be the Saints let down game, Saints still a much better team than us but, the best team doesnt always win!!! After exerting all that energy against the Giants I'm thinking the Saints will still make it a game but, will look a little flat and we win the game 24-20 a score in the mid 20's. Thats my take, and I think we win this game because of the timing of our bye week the way the Saints went all out against the Giants, and they travel to Miami and of course because we are a very good team as well, remember Bills and Jets D's gave Bree's fits !!! GEAUX DOLPHINS
Titans have Smash & Dash, we have Ricky/Ronnie?
So I was reading an article about the Titans back field tandem of Lendale White and Chris Johnson and then Panthers tandem of Williams and Stewert who consider themselves Smash and Death I think it was, well we need a really catchy name for Ricky and Ronnie something that will stick and no not R&R Express cause I think that is ok but doesnt stick out like Smash and Dash, hmmm.... what about
Weed and Bong? lol
Fire and Ice, Ronnie Fire to light em up and Ricky to Ice the game?
Sweet and Sour, Ronnie makes it sweet and Ricky leaves ya sour
Alpha and Omega
Finesse and Success
"The Perfect Storm" my favorite
The God Squad
Hurricane and Tidal Wave
Hammer and Nail
these were just a few off the top of my head so feel free to shoot away!
