Has Kyle Flood created a new game day tradition for Rutgers athletics??

Hoboken RU Chant with Kyle Flood & Dan Donigan from Rutgers Football on Vimeo.

I think he may been on to something with this chant...

So Whatever Happened to Pernetti's Master Plan for the RAC?

Turns out, it's been scrapped. But what JH is working on (if the money can follow) has the potential to be the Oregon-lite version of the East: An athlete's village complete with new athletic training and office facilities, - yes, it would include dedicated basketball practice facilities - including a brand new headquarter complex for football (Hale Center would be turned over to the other sports for use). Good insights by Jerry Carino.

RU's Offensive Coordinator search is coming to a close

Former Maryland head coach, Ralph Friedgen, close to inking deal as Rutgers new offensive coordinator.

Highpoint Solutions Stadium (Virtual) Expansion

Just noticed this commercial the other day on TV. It features the McCourty brothers pitching Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion. But look closer at the stadium and you'll see they decided they needed to a larger venue than what Highpoint could offer, so they added a second level. Gives you a (loose) idea of what an expanded stadium could look like.

Another Notch in RU football's NJ Recruiting Belt

Kyle Flood's 2014 class is rounding out quite nicely with local 'State of Rutgers' talent. The latest addition is St. Peter's Prep running back Jonathan Hillman. Hillman chose RU over Ohio State and is generally considered the state's top running back prospect for the class of 2014.
