That's right. We all know they'll keep Len Kaspar around until they win another pennant, and then consider a move once they fall back down again. Should be just about the time I can take over those reins.
In all seriousness, though . . . that's my goal. I'll do whatever I need to, as long as I'm calling the action at Clark and Addison someday. That includes putting aside any and all of my Cubbie fears and anxiety to - gasp! - think rationally and seriously about the game of baseball.
I'm still young, and as a new breed of Cub fan, I say this 2008 team is built to win, and it will. It's just a matter of how far they will push themselves in the long haul.
