So everybody hates it when the other teams talk to the refs after every whistle and every play. Especially teams like Phoenix and Dallas are notorious for talking and talking all the time. But I also think everyone kind of wishes the Blazers did it a little more. After all, it seems to work a little. Anyway, during the playoffs I was talking with my father about complaining to refs in general, and he told me something interesting. He played soccer with the Timbers reserve team (essentially the Timbers D-league team) and his coach would always tell them that if a player on the other team started talking to the refs about anything, to just walk over and start talking to the ref at the same time. Just to talk about anything, because it interrupts whatever the other player is trying to say and probably gets under the other players skin. So why don't the Blazers do something like this, or even just Nate? Whenever Alvin Gentry goes over to complain about a call, he could just walk over and start talking about a different play. Don't give them the opportunity to get another call in their favor. Is there a reason they don't that maybe I'm not aware of? Like a rule or something? Let me know what you think. Cheers.

This spring break my family is headed down to California. Unfortunately we are leaving saturday morning (I didn't know until it was too late to cancel). We will be in Ashland before the game starts but i'm not sure if our hotel gets fox soccer channel. Is there anywhere to watch in Ashland that anyone knows about? Like a resturant, or anywhere? I'm pretty desperate cause I definitely don't want to miss the first game. Thanks for the help.

it wasn't a buzzer beater or anything but after turning the ball over on a key inbounds with less than minute left, patty mills gets a rebound and lays it in with 2.5 seconds left. only saw the last little bit of the game but the commentators for the bighorns were hoping that the ball would not end up in patty's hands for the final possessions.

stat line- 22 pts, 3 ast, 2 reb

not as impressive as his first game but still very good, he went 8-12 and 4-5 from three.
