Blazers fan from WAAAAY back... remember watching Jimmy Jones on KPTV call a game when I was a tyke. Saw Kenny Carr dunk and Audie Norris have the most amazing night of his career. In no particular order, I've been a huge fan of Jerome Kersey, Terry Porter, Dave Twardzik, Maurice Lucas, Billy Ray Bates (god help him), Kevin Duckworth, Brandon Roy and (of course) Ime Udoka.

I bleed Viking green. When back at home, in Portland, you can often find me at either Powell's, Dot's or The Gym (I *still* have trouble calling it The Peter W. Stott Center, even though I appreciate his generosity).

Basically, it's all good. I've cheered the Portland Storm, Breakers, Mavericks, Beavers (slam another one onto 18th, Bernardo!), Rockies, Panthers, Forest Dragons, Power, Timbers, Lumberjax and Fire. Occasionally I've been seen at a UP game. Whatever sport, men or women, pro or college, if it's got "Portland" or "Vikings" on the shirt, I'm there.

I've coached high school varsity basketball and volleyball, dabbled in track and baseball. Played club volleyball, ran some cross country, fooled around in the intramural hoops league. Former sportswriter in Portland, Prineville, Madras, St. Helens and The Dalles. I'm a proud, literate product of the North Clackamas School District system, with help from my grandpa and the Ledding Library of Milwaukie.
