Let's face it, being a fan of Cincinnati sports teams is tough and frustrating. I imagine it is on par with being a homicide detective or an honest politician. What drives me bat-poo crazy though is the constant non objective articles and clips we have to read and listen to by so called sports writers. I don't mind if someone has something bad to say, for there is plenty, but there needs to be facts, stats, and well thought out opinions to go along with it. However for every legitimate writer there is a Colin Cowherd or Ryan Rudansky.

With Marvin Lewis pushing to get a look at Boling versus the opposing first team defenses, does this indicate a high level of play from the 4th rounder, or is there a certain level of distrust in the starters? Perhaps the coaching staff is looking to make him the jack of all trades type backup? It looks like in college he actually started more games at tackle than at guard. According to the Bengals website:

 Started 19 games at LT, 19 at RG and 11 at RT
