I am originally from New Jersey but now live in Wichita, KS. I have always been a Thurman Munson fan and even named my border collie after him.
When I met my husband Michael over the internet, he was a Royals fan, but he has since become a Yankee fan. After all, they are the best team.
My favorite former Yankee is David Wells. I was very lucky to be at the stadium when he pitched his perfect game. I will treasure that memory forever. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person and got his autograph. I have read his book 4 times. It is great.
