The Vikes have signed Jerome Felton..... WOW ok, im a die hard vikes fan.. but seriously.. WTF… first carlson (not a terrible pickup), then Hilliard (who?) and now Felton ( huh?).. its not like we need some sort of secondary help, or O line help.. I agree with not spending a ton on FA this year.. but this is getting ridiculous.. contender in 3 years? at this rate ponder will be in a wheelchair in 3 years…

Now that Washington has pulled a typical Snyder move, and mortgaged the farm for the # 2 pick.. I am kind of worried that our new GM will try to get cute and trade out of the # 3 pick.. Although I can see how he wants to try and make a statement about which direction the team is heading, Unless we recieve an offer that can just simply not be refused. I believe that it would be a huge mistake to pass on Kalil.. Unless for some reason clevland finds a reason to swap picks with us. I wonder now if a team will offer us a Julio Jones type trade offer to move up and grab Blackmon, or possibly richardson.. What if the rams wanna get cute again and try to swap the #6 with us and give up a future first rounder.. I for one am now kind of fearful that speiman is gonna try to be a big player in the draft.. I just hope that he dosent strike out.......

According to the pioneer press, Zygi Wilf is expected in town as early as today, and one insider says the Minnesota Vikings owner will reluctantly accept the Metrodome site for a newly constructed stadium, although nothing is final. its sounds like RG3 is going to announce this evening that he will be turning pro next year.. This is Great news for the vikes... it makes our # 3 pick worth alot more... either the rams will trade the # 2 pick to someone for a kings ransom, which means Kalil will fall to us at # 3, or if the rams take kalil, the we could trade the # 3 pick for a slighlty smaller kings ransom.. perhaps to the browns? who are drafting # 4.. we could probably get their #4 as well as their # 22... either way would be fine with me, if we did end up trading, maybe we could grab claiborne with our #4, and possibly trade or #22 and our third to move up slightly and grab martin if we some how falls.... either way it works out, it looks like we are in great shape to either pick up a franchise LT.. or a couple of quality players...

This move could either be genious, or could blow up in our face... The "triangle of authority" has been in place for the better part of with Wilf years... We all know how bad the vikings have drafted in past years.. (2005 to be exact, possible the worst draft class by the vikings ever) however, since we drafted AP, we think we have drafted faily well, not great, but decent... so hopefully Mr.spielman,being the lone man behind the madness now, can help us to make future draft classes great... The Vikings have named Rick Spielman General Manager of the franchise. Spielman joined the team in 2006 and has served as Vice President of Player Personnel during his tenure with the Vikings. The 2012 season will be Spielman’s 22nd season as an NFL executive between Detroit, Chicago, Miami and Minnesota. Spielman will oversee all football-related activities for the Vikings, including continuing to direct college and pro personnel programs. While I agree that I would have loved to have a shot at Matt Kalil with the second pick, it looks like at best we are gonna end up drafting is # 3 (hopefully).. that being said, there is a great chance that we end up trading that pick to a QB hungry Team, such as maybe the Browns or the skins... Its very likely that we could get both of the Browns first round picks this year (#5 and #22), or possibly the skins first this year (#7),second this year (#42), and first next year.. that being said with all of the holes that we need to fill.. I dont think that its a terrible spot to be in.. however I do agree that we need to grab Martin, or possible even rieff... let me know what you guys think...

After watching this guy the last few weeks, I have noticed that he as a freak of an athlete. He is very quick for is size, and seems to have great instincts... I think it would be worth a try putting him at OLB.. or whatever it takes to get this kid on the field more often. He may prove to be the steal of the 2010 draft, besides that im sure B.Robison would be fine with it to, otherwise griffen may end up taking his job...

I know its getting old, being reminded of how big of a douche bag this guy is being.. but we cannot let up, continue to write E-mails, call, write letters, send doves, use the force, whatever we have to do to make sure this clown knows how the people of MN feel.. Dayton is at least trying to get something going, Zellers is doing nothing but political postering.. According to many sources, Kreutz will not be returning to the bears... As many of you know, our center play has been a sore spot on the O-line since Birk left.. I know that Kreutz and phat pat have hard there war of words, but who knows if pat will even be back this year... I think a vet like Kreutz could have a huge inpact for us, not only in pass protection but also with our run game... I would have to say that it would be a solid addition to a currently suspect line....
