Matt Jones has been officially suspend 3 games.

Question, will the Cleavland game be the one where Porter finally gets involved, will they use more TE's, or will Greg Jones be more involved in flat passes?

The positive in this is that we will have to change our game plan, and Clevland's film study of us won't be as effective. I am looking forward to see how we use this set back to our advantage.

Will Matt be able to practice with the team during suspension?

According to Jason Forston, Executive VP of marketing and sales at Texas Armoring Corporation, NFL security has been in talks with his company for the purpose of building armored cars in bulk for players. Following the shooting of Jacksonville Jaguars' Richard Collier last week, no doubt agent-driven interest in armored cars for NFL players has spiked, with Texas Armoring gettin' much of the spotlight. Please, click link below for article.

While the opening kickoff coin is being flipped in the air, Fred Taylor cannot decide which side to choose. The Jaguars have a few moment of deep introspection and the refs decide to disqualify the team. The best part is when they are held up in the locker room refusing to speak to anyone, and they write a note to the press. Not sure why they chose the jaguars for this bit, but I got a kick out of it. You can click the link below to veiw the story.

The Jacksonville Jaguars continued to revamp their battered offensive line Wednesday, signing free agent Todd Wade and placing Maurice Williams on injured reserve.

Wade started 10 games for Washington last season, working at guard and tackle, but sprained his ankle this preseason and was released in final roster cuts. The nine-year veteran has started 96 games, playing in Miami (2000-03), Houston (04-05) and Washington (06-07).

Coach Jack Del Rio said Wade was still dealing with the injury and might not be ready to play for at least another week.

Manning The Beginning Of His End

Manning will not be the same player after he returns from surgery. This is a major surgery, that takes weeks to heal, and leaves lingering effects. Remember it was the same surgery that sidelined Marvin Harrison for most of the season last season. We are not even sure the complications involved in such a long lingering injury. Manning deciding to wait until there was no other option other than surgery, could have cost him dearly. I do not see Manning returning to the same form we once knew him as ever again.
