He had a great 2006 then a disappointing 2007..... what does everyone here think of him now after a slow start in AAA. Who does he compare to currently in the MLB?

I know this is a minor league place, but just for a place to discuss Barry Bonds has (at least) tied Aaron. Personally I'm not a fan of his, but IMO he was a HOFer before the big home run seaons and he was 400-400 with all the gold gloves. Secondly, I'm glad it is over so we can stop watching all these giants games, if they were competitive it'd be easier to deal with.

Has anyone read anything new about him signing or not? Do people here think the tigers will pony up the money to get him signed or are they happy to get the draft pick next year?

ok, for people who have been doing longer than me....

who in the minors right now or to be drafted this year have the ability to become aces if they get to their potential....
obviously, both millers, mcgee, kershaw hughes gallardo ect.. just trying to put together a list hoping for some help.

Lets pretend like Billy Butler never puts it together in the field. Would you say he can project as a DH like Edgar Martinez? I know some think he CAN become Manny, but is Martinez a more likely projection?

Keeper Fantasy League

I know this is the opposite of most of these posts But I am looking to join a Keeper League. I live on the west coast but I grwe up in Chicago as a Cubs fan. I used to Have yearly leagues with my friends in High school and then my fraternity brothers but now that i'm on my own i'm searching for a new group. I am willing to take over an old team or be part of an expansion, either way understand i work a lot of hours being in the t-v business. if anyone knows of aleague i can be part in send me an e-mail producerschneider@gmail.com i'd rather not get replies here because it is just easier to check my e-mail. I consider myself to be a dedicated manager with at least an average understanding of prospects. Thanks for any help
