Reside in Los Angeles and currently attend THE University of Southern California (2nd year), looking for a degree in Political Science with a Minor in International Relations.
Naturally a Los Angeles Lakers fan, we're coming for #17 baby! Such a rich history, and Kobe Bryant is the greatest offensive machine the World has ever seen. I didn't stutter.
When it comes to football, my love for the sport came from watching the St. Louis Rams in 1999, and I was an even greater fan once I learned they used to reside in (and have a rich long history in) Los Angeles. Therefore, a fan was born and I remain a hardcore fan despite our recent struggles. Spagnuolo will turn this around, and Steven Jackson is the best running back in the NFL, bar none.
College Football, of course, USC Trojans. We'd have the last 2-3 National Championships were it not for the BCS bullcrap. We ARE 'SC, and we'll Fight On!
Baseball? I am a homer in my love the Dodgers, but there's something about that Yankee mystique that makes me root for them as well (I simply don't love baseball as much as Basketball/Football, therefore I feel rooting for two teams isn't such a bad thing).
I'm a huge soccer fan, as a matter of fact that's the first sport I played. I hope to live to see the U.S. National Soccer team (men's) win a World Cup. As for clubs, I've always been a huge Real Madrid F.C. fan. Somos los Galacticos y Ronaldo nos va llevar a la gloria!
So that's me sports-wise. I stay true to home as far as I can tell, and I've gone to great lengths to study up on my Lakers/Rams/USC/Dodgers/Yankees/Madrid history. I believe sports bind us, and I always look to them to cheer me up. I've met many great people while following all these teams, and the bonds that are universally shared by sports fans, even across different allegiances to different teams, are simply remarkable. Wouldn't trade this pastime, this passion for anything.
