My good fellow Dolphins fans!

My bandwagoning experience with you fine people has been tremendous so far. I'm really liking the character of this team and like the fact that many, many people are already saying the schedule is too hard to be successful. I think people are underestimating what a sneaky tough D the Dolphins play led by Porter, and who's to say that the wildcat can't be successful again? See! I have been reading up on you guys!

Anyways, I'll be doing a segment on Los Angeles' local radio show tomorrow at 9:30AM EST on 106.7 KROQ with their morning crew. I'll be talking about why I'm doing this and why the Dolphins are going to destroy everyone this season. You can stream it on www.kroq.com. Allow me to introduce myself. I am the Miami Dolphins NEWEST fan! As fates would have it myself and your Miami Dolphins have become intertwined and fate brought us together. And I couldn't be happier.

I currently live in New York by way of my home in California. I'm an LA sports fan through and through and I couldn't find myself an NFL team since LA is pro football-less. I always felt a little left out since all of my friends have their teams and I never had one myself. So I went about choosing a team the old-fashioned was that goes back all the way to when sports started: drawing a team out of hat.

I wouldn't say that I chose the Miami Dolphins. The Miami Dolphins chose me. And I'll be damned if I don't take the 'Phins, as you call them, up on that.

So while I will be a heavy presence on this fine blog you folks have here, hopefully you'll follow me and my journey on becoming a Phins fan. Am I a bandwagon fan? Absolutely. Is this way of choosing an NFL team slightly ridiculous? Totally. But am I committed to being a fan of the Miami Dolphins? Without a doubt.

I look forward in the next few weeks in learning a little more about the team, reading through all the in-depth blog posts you all have posted on here, and getting to know all of you!
