My wife came up with this one when she didn't feel like going to the grocery store one day. It has heat but is not hot.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup fine dry italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbs parsley
sage, basil, & oregano if you use plain breadcrumbs
1.5 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup roasted pineapple & habanero sauce (I get it from Costco)

Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat the eggs and mix in the spices. Work in the ground beef and sauce. Place it in a round pie tin in a donut looking shape. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hour. Spoon off grease and spread ketchup on top. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and corn.
