Thank you Defense!!!
Even though it looked as if you ran out of gas, you managed to find that one last drop to do what you always do!!
Make me bite off all of my fingernails and bet cutting my mustache just so you can WIN!!
Dear God, please let them protect Joe, Please place a hedge of protection around him since our O line has started to become pourous....please let us beat the Saints and let the Steelers have a fluke loss next week.
Thanks

Did Flacco just blow the Ravens winning the AFC North division?
Although it's now a 2 horse race in the division, I think last night's loss may have cost us again yet another chance to cleanly win the division and push us into yet ANOTHER Wildcard hunt. If you look at the history between the Steelers and the Ravens, when both teams are doing well we seem to split the games and when one or the other is doing poorly.
2002 when we were swept we went 7-9 as the Steelers went 10-5-1
2006 when we swept the Steelers we were 13-3 and the Steelers went 8-8
2008 was probably the only exception as we went 11-5 into the wildcards BUT LOST to Pittsburg who went 12 - 4 that year and won the Super Bowl.
So looking at the remainder of the season we have
The Texans in Houston next Monday
The Saints at home
Browns at Cleveland
and finally the Bengals
Meanwhile the Steelers have
Jets
Panthers...all at home
and Browns in Cleveland
And the Ravens can't afford to sleep over those last 2 divisional games because both of those teams will be looking forward to trying to spoil what chances we have.
Makes one wonder which of these teams can finish on a high note. Let's face it, Flacco gave that game away last night...the fumble notwithstanding, that last throw reminded me something that Kyle Boller would have done when he was here and not in character with Flacco. This team needs to get it together because we have given at least 2 games away this season and all of our losses have been for a touchdown or less and we can't expect to go far into the playoffs if this continues. Looking towards the draft, the Ravens really need to consider shoring up that secondary to keep these types of losses at a minimum.
Moss leaving New England?
An advantage for us possibly?
And yet another Raven Gone
Trevor Price is now with Bart Scott....
So 3 weeks in...
Maybe kind of early but still a good topic to predict...
Looking to next week
Ravens need to keep their heads in the game going into the next 3 weeks.
Ravens fans...let's not get complacent.
Ok people...I may get slammed for this but let's keep this in perspective. While we are experiencing surge never seen in the 10+ years the Ravens have been around let's not look at what we have in front of us.
This coming month we have New England next week IN FOXBORO, Cincy who is playing very good ball and Minnesota who would have been easily called beatable BEFORE Favre. Not to mention we still have the Colts later on down the road. If we can win at least 2 of these games (especially NE) before the bye week and avoid any injuries, we may be good for the 2nd half of the season.
Thoughts?
