HOWARD WORKOUT
I believe thats Harris working out with him
JAZZ vs The Lake show today! GAME ON!
Whether or not its going to be televised is unknown. Updates anyone?
"Ask anybody in the Mavericks' organization what their first thought was when they heard DeShawn Stevenson was going to be part of the trade that also netted Caron Butler and Brendan Haywood, and the analysis would likely have been something like this: Free spirit, full of himself, flaky. On the court, opinions may have been even worse. Eight months later, the shooting guard has proved every one of those observations dead wrong. Stevenson's iffy reputation may have been justified earlier in his career. In fact, he realizes now that it probably was well-deserved. But those tough times have served him well later in a career that is entering its 11th season. He knows now that some of the harsh things that happened when he was a first-round pick as a teenager for Utah worked out for the best. 'Playing with Jerry Sloan -- Jerry's a strict coach and we had our ups and downs, but I think he made me stronger as a player,' Stevenson said. 'I try not to get mad about certain situations now. He [Sloan] was tough, but he made me who I am now. If I didn't go through that kind of system and that caliber of coach, I wouldn't be in the NBA right now.' "

Jazz FO complete the sign and trade!
Awesome, awesome news looks like we can get a player+go over the luxtax w/o gettin screwed! Now the question is who can we get? David Lee?
Possible # 9's to workout thursday
Desnews reports:
The scheduled participants will include several big guys linked with the Jazz's No. 9 pick by national experts, including Kansas center Cole Aldrich, Baylor's Ekpe Udoh, Marshall's Hassan Whiteside and Iowa State's Craig Brackins.
Two well-known guards will also work out for Utah — Texas' Avery Bradley and Duke's Jon Scheyer.
I am really curious to hear the Whiteside interview...should be some pretty interesting questions asked not to mention the most interesting answers
Are the Jazz trying to trade up??

Great interviews as well as game highlights. Man, what a great game!
Karl Malone says:
Miss the guy!
Beasley for boozie'?
note: (insert next FIBA/NBA/WNBA/NWA/NAACP/PE team LOGO on boozie' jersey.)
Desnews.com reports the Jazz wanting Beasley instead of Haslem.
I like this idea. I think its a fair deal. They get a 20 and 10 guy, and we get a guy who will play in every game. I think Beasley would be an amazing addition to the team. We would get someone big back. He brings great skill set including 40% from the 3. He has a huge upside and avg 1 blk per game if you're doing the math thats ten times more blocks in his one season than boozie's career. I would be amazed if KOC can pull this one off!
If Miami can lure Odom away and they come after booboo. I think this would be an awesome deal...what do ya'll think?
Paul Millsap has found worth with Utah

Jazz pick up option on Fesenko for next season
" The Jazz said today they have informed reserve center Kyrylo Fesenko that they will pick up the third-year, $870,000 team option for next season on his current rookie contract.
The team had planned on going all the way to Monday's deadline for making the call to reveal their decision, but instead Fesenko's camp was informed today.
Because it will be his third NBA season, he will not be eligible to be sent to the Flash by the Jazz in 2009-10."
In doing so, the Jazz opted to further invest in the 22-year-old Fesenko's size and potential — attributes that they apparently decided trump his inconsistent focus and sometimes-questionable commitment to conditioning demands.
Looks like we have the Fesmeister one more year at least so either he sits at the end of the bench or behind. Either way I'm glad we kept him instead of goin after an old has been big.
I hope Jerry gives the kid some time on the floor, he can't be any worse than the big 00'tag.

AK gots D yes but he lacks SWAG he blocks and we get no reaction…our Jazz need something I simply I call —-SWAG—-We could should, would ~will~ have a championship if we can get some of it in the lane. some interior blockage.
