Trades in August
"I think over the years, this trade deadline is no longer even in existence... The waiver stuff is not going to prevent deals in August. Guys are going to get through because people are going to be afraid to claim and get stuck with money that they can't afford. And so the July 31 trade deadline is more of a fictitious one now, anyway."...a quote from Brian Cashman
A good question is..What can the yanks do in August to help their team?
What players are available and what players would you like you see come to the yanks?
I have heard a couple of rumors, but a possibility is singing Paul Byrd.
What do you all think about what we could do?
Trade Deadline
The yankees have a solid team right now. Does anyone think we need anyone specific, or who are we going to be able to give up?
I think that Austin Jackson should be given a chance soon, if not him who else do you think the yanks can bring up.
Is anyone against the idea of trading Ian Kennedy?
I think we should hold onto Montero, he has a very bright future. What prosects do you think could be traded and what prospects do you think we should hold onto for the future.
