I'm the host of an internet sports radio show called SportsTalkSoup on The Sports Geeks Radio Network on I'm going to be entering my first year of college in the upcoming fall at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan. I'm very interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting and journalism and will be majoring in communications at UDM. Last summer, I worked as part of an internship for the fantasy football and fantasy sports website, I wrote articles for the site once a day during the normal 5 - day work week from June 21st until August 27th.

I'm aiming to pursue a career in both radio and writing for a major newspaper, magazine, or sports website. In addition, I'm open to all avenues that journalism takes me down, whether it be as an on - air TV personality, field or sideline reporter, studio anchor for a newscast, or radio show host/personality. My dream job would be working for MLB Network and hosting MLB Tonight as well as hosting their hot stove show during the MLB offseason and calling some MLB games on the side, whether it be for my hometown favorite Detroit Tigers, another local gig, or on the national level at Fox or MLBN, or a combination of the both. I wouldn't mind working at ESPN and anchoring SportsCenter, while calling a combination of baseball, basketball, and football and contributing to Baseball Tonight from time to time though either.

Here's some background on my radio show: My show SportsTalkSoup has featured high profile guests, such as pro athletes Chad Pennington, QB of the Miami Dolphins, Joe Thatcher of the San Diego Padres, Doug Glanville, former Philadelphia Phillie and current ESPN MLB analyst, Joique Bell, RB for the Buffalo Bills, ESPNEWS, NFL Live, and SportsCenter anchor Mike Hill, and FBs Ovie Mughelli of the Atlanta Falcons and John Conner of the NY Jets. I've also interviewed and had on the show FFToolbox's own Ben Standig for last year's NFL Draft and Hunter Ansley of,, and the RotoTimes for this year's NFL Draft. Here is the link to my archived shows from the past (pre - 2011 summer editions): My most recent archived shows can be found on my new home station, The Sports Geeks Radio Network, at the following site:
