Karney has been a terrific lead blocker for New Orleans, maybe one of the best in the league at some point. Also a good short-yardage guy for them at the goal line as well. I think he would be a decent pickup for us. Dude's a total bulldozer. He's only 27, and I think would fill the need nicely.

Thoughts? The fullback we need? Not so much? Interested in your input.

Been reading here for quite some time now, and I think your breakdowns are absolutely fascinating, and I think I'm slowly learning. Good stuff!

I'm a Phillies fan, and to my highly untrained eye, Blanton's mechanics look bad. Like, really bad. Broadcasters and fans say he "climbs the ladder", but that hardly sounds like a technical term. I'm not quite sure of his injury history, though the organization claimed he was suffering from "bicep tendinitis" close to the time that he was acquired from the Athletics.
