Just happy to see there is going to be a season.

I was checking out Celticsblog every now & again just to remind myself that the Celtics still existed.

Of course Jeff's stating the obvious write-ups & posts only go so far.

Yes, we get it KG is mean on the basketball court, talks a lot of trash, doesn't sensor himself & may retire after this season.

Can't believe I actually read 8 paragraphs about what everyone on here already knows haha.

But I guess that's just how badly I and many others really needed this NBA season to happen.

GO CELTICS!

The story basically says he was cheering for the celtics even though everyone around him was not happy about that.  He was escorted out - the article goes on to say he got rowdy in back and police had to tase him.

Its the news so make what you want of it - but it certainly should cause a stir after MAGIC fans making RAY ALLEN'S mom and family switch seats due to harassment.

I was up late watching.

They were discussing all the free-agents that would be available in 2010.

They put the list up and Jamal Mashburn began to rip into Ray Allen.

"WHAT IS RAY ALLEN DOING ON THAT LIST" the other broadcasters talked for a bit and then again.  "SERIOUSLY WHY IS RAY ALLEN THERE?"

then right before they signed off for commercial break he giggles and says.

"PSH.. RAY ALLEN HAHA."

I mean I understand the guy is going to be 35 years old and all, but what is Mashburn's problem?

Ray deserves way more respect than that.  WAY MORE.   It really annoyed me.

The guy has been an elite player in this league for a long time.   He is still playing very well, he dropped like 23 in the all-star game last year.

WHY THE HELL SHOULDN'T HE BE ON THAT LIST?  other than his age?
