Diehard Cubs fan starting in 1959 when Grandpa would take me and his transistor radio away from family gatherings to listen to the Cubs games. I left Chi-town many years ago, but never left the Cubbies.

Was living in New York in 1969 ("how are your Cubbies doing now") and will forever hate the Mets (and all Mets fans). Was at the Stick when the Gints beat the Cubs in '89. Visit Pac Bell when the Cubs come to SF. Always pleased at the number of Cubbie fans there showing our colors.

And I do believe, as always, that this really will be our year!
