Tony snell is butter smooth

he's shown more than jimmy did as a rookie, and I think he'll be a valuable bench piece next year

Derrick Rose 2013-14 offense highlights

sure looked like Derrick Rose in a number of these. Hoping for a complete recovery

Some performance + stat predictions for Bulls players

Of course, I'm assuming a relatively healthy season for the crew. STARTERS Derrick Rose 23 PPG, 8.8 APG, 3.3 RPG in 36 min/g. (47% FG, 37% 3PT) ~80 GP With some reliable outside shooting in...

Rose says he thinks he is 100% (and looks built)

"I think I am a 100 percent," Rose said. "I'm doing almost everything. I'm squatting, running, lifting almost every other day, just being back on the court after you have an ACL injury, you're kind of hesitant at first about how you step, what way you should step, learning how to run, accelerate, accelerate while you run and while you're slowing down. For me, I'm reacting right now where all I have to think about is if I have to get to a spot, I'm going to get there no matter what. It kind of feels good having that feeling again."

Derrick Rose at his scary best

the sequence starting at 1:33 ... OH MY GOD

Derrick Rose "Commercial" I made for the return

he's coming home baby!... after indiana and brazil

Potential trade idea: Help Philly pay the minimum, get under the tax!

From ProSportsextra: According to the CBA, teams must have at least 90% of the salary cap, or $52.81 million, on the books this season. With the acquisition of Tony Wroten from the Memphis...

How often/well Jimmy gets to the line

via i.imgur.com Came across this while doing some research on Greg oden's horribleness, and Jimmy's ranking at 17th overall on the FTA/FGA list surprised me. Here is some insight: 1) After...

A paradigm shift in NBA offenses, and how the Bulls adjust (AKA Keep Taj and Lu)

I decided to look into the inner workings of the Bulls defense and how it compares to defensive strategies across the league... because that's what Bulls fans do at work. Thanks in large part to...

Jimmy Butler highlight video including playoffs

You know it's a summer sunday when you wake up and make videos of jimmy. I regret nothing.

Derrick Rose is the best player in the league, says Derrick Rose

Seems pretty confident in his ability to play at a high level once again

A small video I made because fuck miami

Excited for the season yet? here you go...

Hilarious Derrick Rose appearance+interview on Serbian talk show

pretty funny, and looks like he's been doing quite a few things on his europe tour

Because a Tony Snell mix is what we need right now...

Obviously we can't decide on how good this pick was until the season or at least summer league, but looks like he is also very athletic and has a decent handle (as some of you saw in the comments section the other day.) Also, Snell's agent says that the Kings had him rated at the #2 SF in the draft (behind Otto Porter, I assume, and NBADraft has them rated similarly with very good feedback on Snell- http://www.nbadraft.net/players/tony-snell). However, Sacto just couldn't justify the selection at #7 to the fans with the new GM, owner and coach. Interesting to note that despite Sacramento being where talent goes to die, they obviously do have a very good EYE for talent (Evans, Thornton, Thomas, Cousins, McLemore). Also here's something from his older brother from an article about his draft party: “The crazy thing about it is Tony was in love with Michael Jordan. He knew all of the Michael Jordan documentaries word for word. If we watched a Michael Jordan movie we could not shut him up. Him going to the Bulls, growing up that was his favorite team, it’s like wow this is really happening. He just came back from Chicago and he couldn’t express the feelings that he had playing in the same area that Michael Jordan was in.” You can read the full article here: http://blog.pe.com/2013/06/28/basketball-odds-and-ends-from-tony-snells-nba-draft-party/ (Sorry, link editor doesn't work on chrome for some reason)

Let's talk about SCORERS! Because scorers are what we need!

It is the dreaded offseason, but not everything's bad :) I think we've heard this narrative for, what, 3 years now... the Bulls need a scorer. Preferably a shot-creating, playmaking,...

An insightful video on Miami's defense on Rose (from 2011)

Looking at that video, Rose was deferring quite a bit more than he usually does, and there was also a lot of miscommunication on offense that ultimately killed the Bulls. Also noticed that Taj was pretty good in the first few games, Boozer was dreadful, and Rose was doubled at every opportunity. Also scary how much Wade sags off Brewer in each of those plays, which doesn't happen if that was Deng instead on the left corner (where he's best) and Butler above the break on the right (he's very good on both sides above FT line), and Taj on the right baseline or even Kyle Korver on the right corner. That should be plenty of space for Rose to attack and Noah to gobble up boards. I'm sure Thibs has seen these and although both teams are a lot different now, it's nice to see what exactly was stopping Rose (hint: it wasn't lebitch's GOAT defense as some would like to believe)

Great read: Bill Walton Suffered The Derrick Rose Backlash Long Before Derrick Rose

"But in practices, which he was required by contract to attend to stay on the payroll, Walton seemed as sprightly and unhobbled as ever. Early arrivals at a Bulls-Blazers game in Chicago were surprised to see Walton, in uniform, engaged in an all-out one-on-one contest with Bulls rookie Mickey Johnson 45 minutes before game time. But by the opening tip Walton was back on the bench, wearing street clothes."

The inevitable clash of egos: Big 3 imploding in 3... 2... AKA D-Wade lives in the past

When Lebron James joined a superstar Dwyane Wade and a 65 million year veteran Chris Bosh in Miami, they made it clear that their only objective was to win a ring, and were ready to sacrifice for...

Allen Iverson, the Prophet

"They waitin, man" - AI The greatest volume scorer/chucker in NBA history spoke the truth. Lebron, Rose, even KD now after an apparent choke job getting hate after the "first incident". for the record, i'm assuming most bulls fans hate lebron more for his flopping, complaining bitch ass that for the decision.

Derrick Rose lefty floater plus the bump (Bulls practice)
