I just want to get everyones thought on who would be their choice for the next HC. My top 5 choices would be: 1. Buzz Williams-if he really does want to leave Marquette Currie has to give this guy an interview, great recruiter, good X and O guy.
2. Bruce Pearl-This would be a HUGE splash. Although isn't he banned from coaching for 1 more season? I also heard though that the NCAA could reinstate him possibly. 3. Josh Pastner-Only 34 years old. good recruiter, good coach, most likely wont be coming to KSU but gotta atleast give him an offer. 4. Mark Fox-hasn't been brought up a lot, but served as top assistant at KSU from 94-2000 became HC at Nevada, spent his last 2 Seasons at Georgia, winning 13 games his first year and this past year won 21 games. 5. Tad Boyle-Reached the NCAA tourney after his second season at Colorado, has brought in pretty good talent while at Colorado, and is a pretty solid coach. And I guess Ill throw in Brad Underwood, he really likes KSU, he is a good X and O guy, Way too hard however to predict how an assistant will pan out as a HC. I have heard on twitter that Tad Boyle is Curries top choice, I would be pretty upset if Currie makes this hiring without talking and making offers to others, but its all speculation so far.

There is a rumor going around that campus that Will Spradling is wanting to transfer once this season is finished. I heard this from a reliable friend. But I'm not jumping to conclusions. it would surprise me, because of the fact he gets so many minutes. but I was just wondering if anyone else out there as heard this rumor. Honestly this would not upset me, for the simple reason that he has had an AWFUL season. His Basketball IQ seems great, but that's about it

Well I know you guys are probably upset cause you have yet to address the QB situation down there, but you got a stud in Daniel Thomas. He is a big physical back, who played QB in High School and JC before coming to KSU. His 2 years at Kansas State, he had shitty QB's we went through 4 in those 2 years. Teams would stack 8 sometimes 9 guys in the box yet he still got at least 5 yards a carry, he is unstoppable on 3rd or 4th down short situations and is a force in the Red Zone. With him and Ronnie you guys could have one of the best 1, 2 punches in the league. Snyder also ran the Wildcat A LOT with him this past year has a hell of an arm. Speed is obviously lacking but he has good lateral quickness to make guys miss and he is a hard dude to bring down.

Anyways that's my take on your new player, I hope you guys get a QB. I'm a KC Chiefs fan and HATE the Jets and Patriots and will start following you guys now that you have Thomas! best of luck this coming season!

Hey, me and some buds were going to go up to River Falls this year, for Training Camp. Since it will be the last time down there. We have never been before, and we were thinking about camping instead of getting a hotel, does anyone know if there are State Parks around the practice facility? And what dates would be best to attend? Also do attending the practices cost anything? Sorry, I'm new to all this, but thanks for your help.
