TheIcon, better known as Will Hernandez, graduated from St. John's University in 2001. While at St. John's, he was the sports editor and editor-in-chief for the the student newspaper, The Torch.

Will has 12 years of professional experience as a sportswriter, editor, and content manager. He spent four years writing for the Norwich Bulletin where he covered minor league baseball and UConn men's basketball. Will has spent the last six years writing about the payments industry as a reporter and editor.
