Well I'm a slacker and meant to put something up last week so we could make predictions on the pro bowl for the laughs. (*grumble grumble college grumble*)

Weird how it's already 3 days before the Super Bowl, as it feels like only yesterday we were wondering whether the crappy offense in the preseason would carry over in the regular season.

Yet, it feels so long since the last game.

The majority voted for the CC games to be worth 2 points and the Superbowl 4, so that's what I'm going to do. However I'm just going to put the wrong category as the number wrong, not points lost.

Hello Pats fans! Looks like it's deja vu all over again.

Rather than repeat what's been and will be ramrodded over and over again by the media, let's discuss some things that will really matter! Like holy bleep what a performance by Wilfork! And isn't it nice to have clutch kickers? And also the merits of nicknames (Elite Eli or Tom Terrific?).

Just kidding on the last one.

I have a single stat/tidbit for Superbowl Sunday: In all three of the Giants' Super Bowl wins, Bill Belichick has been involved somehow.

What a weekend!

In Week 10, if you told each fanbase that on Sunday, January 22, that the Giants would be playing at San Francisco for the right to go to the superbowl, each side would take it.

Sunday will feature a rematch of two teams very different from that Week 10.

A classic game from a classic rivalry is hopefully in the making, the 8th time our two beloved franchises will face off in the playoffs. The Giants beat the 49ers in the only NFC CC match between the two, 15-13 in 1990

Even in the playoffs, we can't get anyone with a perfect week!

Next Sunday (I think), the New York Football Giants and the Green Bay Packers will battle in a match up that screams for 2007 parallels which I refuse to make.

Hello Jets fans, the game that we've all been waiting for, but pretending to minimize its importance to our friends of the opposing team is here.

After two terrible games, yadda yadda yadda... Look do we want another rehash of that terrible sunday? Suffice to say I paid money to be present at that game Sunday, so I sure don't want to.

Anyways, the battle for New Giants Stadium, er Metlife Stadium will happen whether we want it to or not. (Sorry bout that, wouldn't have gone for the low blow if one of your own didn't already, haha)

Hey guys I noticed no one put anything up yet and it's almost Thursday, ergo almost Thursday night football. Unless we all wanted to forfeit, I figured someone should at least put up the choices until someone tallies up the numbers.

Hello Pack fans. My name's Will, and I'm the unofficial representative of BBV and Giant fans of the interwebz. Me and my fellow BBV compatriots will do our best to answer your questions.

So a quick summary of my feelings about the Giants and what they'll do on Sunday: Eli will put up points. He'll probably have a turnover or two but he'll put up points and if the game's competitive it will be because of him. Receivers will drop well thrown balls and we'll have a false start or holding or two that will stall an otherwise very good drive.

The defense will.. i dunno do something. Not sure how much worst they can play than yesterday. Only two drives by the Saints didn't end in points and the only thing stopping them from scoring more points was how long they took to drive down the field. Not sure how much worst they can play, but I sure don't hope Rodgers shows me otherwise.

I'm not sure if I ever typed it into the internet, but one of the reasons I thought the Giants would most assuredly improve or stay equal to last year's record, even with a seemingly tougher schedule, was that we played the NFC West. Last year the Falcons got to 13-3 partly on the basis that they swept the NFC West. Same deal with the Buccs last year. Seeing that, it isn't as surprising to see the Buccaneers fall flat on their face this year, and the Falcons not looking as good as they did last year.Even the horrid panthers last year got their only two wins vs the NFC West.

The last time the NFC East played the NFC West, it was pretty much carnage. Not so this year. In fact, look at the Eli's stats vs NFC West teams and then non-NFC West teams:

On Sunday, the Giants, in first place with a 2 game lead in the division, will play the 1st place 49ers, who lead their division by 5 games.
