There were 10 stages where Hesjedal gained or lost time on Rodriguez
On 4 stages did one of them gain more than 20 seconds against the other, including stage 10 when Rodriguez got 20 seconds time bonus
Added all together, Rodriguez rode the mass start stages 22 seconds faster than Hesjedal, and gained another 28 in bonus seconds
Hesjedal gained 61 seconds in the ITTs and 5 seconds in the TTT
Amazingly eagle eyed people might notice that this chart doesn't include the 2 seconds Thomas de Gendt won in an intermediate sprint on Stage 9
Including that stage, 12 stages had an impact on the relative times of the top 5
Hesjedal's lead over Rodriguez peaked at 19 seconds after the TTT. Rodriguez's lead peaked at 31 seconds going into the final stage.
"From a moral point of view, from what cycling is trying to achieve, from what cycling's been through the last few years, for what the Olympics stand for, he should never be able to do the Olympics again."
World TT Championships - Fun with Charts!
The World's TT is unusual in that it's usually done in laps, and thus has a lot of intermediate splits. This, naturally, inspires me to play around with spreadsheets.
So here are two charts I created

Footon to sign Cunego, be sponsored by Geox
Geox, who were a subsponsor of Lampre this year, have according to Gazzetta signed a 5 year 50 million Euro contract to be main sponsor of what is currently Footon-Servetto.
Geox apparently make shoes, so they're keeping the foot theme
Cunego will apparently go with them
edit: On further reading, I'm not sure Cunego signing is as done a deal as I understood from this article
Roubaix cheatsheet (Word Doc)
I made this for myself, but I thought others might find it useful
It contains a list of the cobbled sections (From the official website, including where they come in the race, length and star rating) and the start numbers of selected riders (at least 1 from every team, all the brits) on one piece of A4 paper
Showing 1 - 8 of 8
